If you focus on low sat coins, they don't have far to fall, and it's a way to mine bitcoin on computers that are essentially free.  Plus, it helps add free heat in winter.  It's really a win win situation.  You can always sell the staked coins for LTC or DOGE if they fall too low.

Yes I agree as I have been staking ALTCOM for the last month now and I don't have any complaints about it. The coin stakes really well even with a small amount under 100 coins which I currently have but plan to add more in the near future.

But how are you planning to invest? You can buy BTC and hold it waiting for the price to rise as some foresee happening in the near future, or you can invest in mining equipment hoping for the price to hold until you reach ROI. Those are two very different approaches to investing in crypto.
