Yes, i had confirmation from Livecoin regarding this. They were unsure whether R2B2 would be replacing RBIES on their site, which is why they disabled the wallet. It's now running fine and anyone can withdraw or deposit as normal

Right, I didn't complain as it wasn't a concern for me. After not hearing back from them for a while I simply found someone else. I kept around 25k RBIES just for shits and giggles but doubt I'll ever do anything with them as the RBIES wallet constantly forks and is a pain to use.

The Rubies wallet was having problems forking, that's why we are suggesting everyone to convert into the NXT asset R2B2.

The last swap went well yes, was in customer support chat on MoneyPot. The second time I sent an email to support@moneypot.com as support wasn't in chat whenever I dropped in. Unfortunately I don't have a record of the email or the exact time as my server only keeps emails for up to 90 days before deleting them. Was around March if I remember right.

Exchanging the RBIES wasn't a big concern of mine so I only sent the email, waited, and then did my own thing. I wasn't unhappy with how things turned out so I didn't see the need to post about it previously. My post above was just my experience.

Your wallet probably forked, resyncing your block files should fix this.

To resync the blockchain you have to delete everything but your wallet.dat file (as that contains your pkeys). Then run the client again and it'll download the blockchain from scratch.

I can only speak of my own experience with them, what other users experience can only be told by them. My email to them simply asked if they were still offering it and if so that I had some more RBIES to trade. Don't think I got into any specifics or anything.

For their Support Chat, I knew this wasn't a 24/7 thing so I only dropped in once or twice a day in hopes of catching them. When I saw nobody online I just closed it out.

For the current price of R2B2, I have no idea but MoneyPot will buy them for a floor of 1000 satoshies.

update regarding mail and RBIES floor sale

my email provider had maintenance of all his servers and some users didnt get all mails. I got finally pushed through the mail from MP but the mail was  send as seen in Dogedigitals answer/ss 9 hours ago and his message was July 18, 2017, 12:28:34 PM. my mail was send on the 15th so it looks the answer was delayed anyway

the sale of 10k RBIES was done yesterday and went through and was easy

I think these devs are skilled. They seem to just be the type that works and does not pay attention to communication. I honestly would prefer that at this moment. They provided a simple roadmap and now we must just wait for a product. All crypto is speculation. When I see good devs not communicating my wallet gets happy because it's just a short term thing.

They send but sometimes take a day or two to send higher than market prices.  Sometimes they even send extra Bitcoin for no reason

I did, more that once, always without any hassle.
It happened sometimes I had to wait a one day or two but everything was always sorted out. I just did what I was asked to do, avoided to send requests during weekends and everything always worked properly.
