I exchanged 150k RBIES with them a while back and then tried to do another 170k a few months later and couldn't get in touch with them as support was never on chat and they didn't reply to email. Not sure if they are still offering this but I haven't bothered trying again.

Right, I didn't complain as it wasn't a concern for me. After not hearing back from them for a while I simply found someone else. I kept around 25k RBIES just for shits and giggles but doubt I'll ever do anything with them as the RBIES wallet constantly forks and is a pain to use.

The offer is always open.  If I recall correctly, last time we spoke over Skype CryptoDatabase and everything went smoothly.

You can just PM me and I will be fast to respond.  

The Rubies wallet was having problems forking, that's why we are suggesting everyone to convert into the NXT asset R2B2.

The last swap went well yes, was in customer support chat on MoneyPot. The second time I sent an email to support@moneypot.com as support wasn't in chat whenever I dropped in. Unfortunately I don't have a record of the email or the exact time as my server only keeps emails for up to 90 days before deleting them. Was around March if I remember right.

Exchanging the RBIES wasn't a big concern of mine so I only sent the email, waited, and then did my own thing. I wasn't unhappy with how things turned out so I didn't see the need to post about it previously. My post above was just my experience.

To add further to this, the simplest way to exchange is to PM me here or e-mail support@moneypot.com stating your NXT address to send to and the Rubies address you will be sending from. 

Rubies will then be sent to the burn address ( http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080/address/R9HC5WtHbpoa51NCUAz86XLCmGTbkf45NT )

And we will in turn give you the same amount in R2B2 with both being backed by 1000 Satoshis from Moneypot.

We are working to get this to be an automated process very soon, first starting on BetterBets.io, and then Moneypot for site-wide.

Your wallet probably forked, resyncing your block files should fix this.

Your wallet probably forked, resyncing your block files should fix this.

To resync the blockchain you have to delete everything but your wallet.dat file (as that contains your pkeys). Then run the client again and it'll download the blockchain from scratch.

No, I just got the R2B2 which is a Nxt asset a couple of days ago and I don't know what kind of dividend might appear. I will have to wait and see. As I understand it there is no real connection between Rubies (own blockchain) and R2B2 (Nxt asset) besides the fact that the Rubies devs have "handed it over" to the R2B2 devs as they created another Nxt asset called Janus for their business. So, R2B2 (Asset Id: 5315990270934743720) is for Moneypot.com and the Nxt asset Janus (Asset Id: 4348103880042995903) replaces the function of the old Rubies. Does that make sense?
