I'm sorry, perhaps you did not read the "pegging" method or understand it.

The price of gold only dictates our block reward. Not the value of the block reward. In this sense, the price of gold becomes only a minor influence on price action, but a more substantial influence on the benefit of mining the coin. Ultimately, as with any other currency, the price will be more heavily influenced by trading and supply and demand. Still though, the block reward relation to the price of gold will provide some influence, but it's not a traditional price peg like some people seem to think.

Oh my mistake, the gold "pegging" is just some fancy buzz for the coin.

5 mins per block + 11~ coins per block means an additional 1.2mil+ coins being created in the first year on top of the 2.5mil ICO, plus whatever giveaways and bounties you hand out.

For investors to not LOSE money, market cap has to increase by more than 30% in the year just to sustain ICO prices. Why put your money into that, when you can go for a more distinguished ICO coin that doesn't have such irresponsible mining tendencies?
