uh really, from perspective bitcoin is a good step up of currency. yeah I KNOW there are so many problems with bitcoin, but all the stakeholders have to do is making like a big improvement, like increase the efficiency of this currency, i don't think they will give up with this, and look bitcoin has grown up. And we as the users, should work as usual .. i cannot see there is a big down from bitcoin, which i see a step up

Why though do I get the feeling that most people replying here don't know how to fucking read?  Roll Eyes
Likely they know how to read but didn't read the whole post to the end. To be fair the style is very jumpy, which isn't appealing at all (now I know that its being jumpy is a means to an end and not a proof of the poor written style of OP, but still that's what it looks like all the way through the post until you reach the end and understand the kicker).

So many think we've been overly bullish about bitcoin's potential; but the truth is we've been stone-cold bears.

Is that The Greg Matthews, current Secretary of the US Treasury and controller of the reserve currency for the free world? He should know.

Some people do not understand that slow and steady growth is much more important than a rapid and unstable price increase, that has a high risk of crash.
Bitcoin still has the potential to reach higher values this year, but I think this will happen more gradually. Many people are still discovering Bitcoin, and once they understand the importance of this, they will certainly invest.

If that was right then we would never have left the gold...
Gold is the only point of reference with a steady growth of 1%. No more, no less.
And the world is going shit since we lost it...

I don't know why there are people who still keeping to tell "bitcoin is dead'. In the case of dead the price would be 0. And while the price is on such high level there is no reason to scare people of bitcoin's death.

i dont think i'll be able to believr that. we all have seen how bitcoin's price changed over the years. and im pretty sure it will just continue to increase since nowadays more people are getting involve in bitcoining. more people are now aware about bitcoin. and through this more people will adopt and try bitcoin. all we just have to do now is to have more patience and store our coins. for in a couple of years, the price might double or triple. no one knows. lets just be positive.

There are always people who do not believe in Bitcoin every year so that i am not surprised after reading the article. In general, we can never know what will happen to our future. All the predictions are just predictions. All we have right now is the beliefs. aIf you love Bitcoin, keep holding and believe that its prices will increase. If not, convert all Bitcoin to Fiat. Maybe fiat can make you rich in the future

Maybe try to read the whole thing champ. Also, who's to say satoshi isn't dead? Why else would he leave and never come back? It's time to face reality... Bitcoins are going to be mainstream in 10 years.

Quote
Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire says nobody will be using Bitcoin in 5 years because

It’s still early days. Something better will come along and replace it.

I will just quote this one because it says it all. We are not really looking for just a 5 year contract here. We are looking for a more brighter future after that. I guess they are just in a hurry and want to get rich so suddenly. It takes patience and adoption is a process not with a snap of a finger.

Bitcoin is the currency of the future, possibly can not replace fiat, but it will play the role as the gold in cyberspace. So with more services accept bitcoin, bitcoin will increase in value in 2017.

The reality that today starts bitcoin to just even rise to its highest price, still unpredictable but i can see to it its a good year from those who give hardwork and undying hold to use and support of continuing progress the use of bitcoin possibly in everything that goes round around the world in terms of using bitcoins instead of fiat.

I will go with these statements of yours

# Bitcoin will change the world

It's time to face reality in 2017

Bitcoin is good for the world.

Bitcoin can be used for good as well as bad.

Bitcoin is actually close to mass adoption.

...

I think this because my eyes saw the price of Bitcoins 1000$  Shocked

You're right. The words "bitcoin bank" is now the order of the day in the crypto world. Well, looking at analysis from years back till today, the answer becomes clear. Bitcoin and all other altcoins in general are increasing in value and importance as we move on. Bitcoin banks might not be a bad idea, but it can not stand on its own. In as much as Bitcoin is decentralized, I'd say they are dependent. With time, things will fall into place, but no one should be in a hurry, so as not to crash land and eventually destroy what some people have worked for all through their lives.

Lol...

Your wallet and yourself is the bank..  -_-

Bitcoin is the future and this whole article is just nonesense talk with not fact to back it up and barely anything intelligent to say. Who the hell cares what he says or she says ? Let them believe what they want. If you dont believe in bitcoin you should be here. Losing believe is like giving up.

I do not think like this. Bitcoin will still be a digital currency in the future but it will have many legal rules to control and now bitcoin has got many big communities behind it. It's not easy to be dead.

You need to read the article first before judging, the last part is But wait – isn’t this all backwards?! Read the article in reverse: Only fools believe that

Did you read it all backwards? bitcoin movements is not predictable. We don't know when it will be dead. Just like Jesus coming to earth, we don't know when. So let's enjoy bitcoin while it is existing. You don't need to panic, enjoy your bitcoin while it is existing, spend some of it of your daily needs, Invest it, bank it up (exchange to your local currency and store it in the bank), and trade it.
