This is not about the technology. This is about promoting the sale of tokens in order to raise capital.

I don't think there is nothing the team can do about the time zone difference, look at the Melonport ICO, it falls on odd hour for me and unable to participate in it, mind that the ICO even sold out in mins and it was not listed on any exchange

I don't think the ICO will be available only on the exchange. The developer needs to be fair to all potential investors because given unfair advantage to some section can cause division in the community

My Point exactly. Majority of the Crowdfunds that took place on Chinese exchange ended up being dominated by the exchange itself. I expect the Developer to take steps to make sure that investors can buy into their ICO via other places/means. Also Some chinese exchanges limit users with inadequate KYC information.


Investing in the ICO via IEx.ec Website should do just fine.
