I think if you look at the way most of these tokens are design now, I guess it is the fuel that power the platform, something like a license to use the platform

there are different terms of issue of the markets, with the payment of a fixed sum, using as a means of payment, as a means of obtaining dividend and other options. This ICO has not announced how they are going to use tokens  RLC.

RLC are used to pay for off-chain execution of tasks
which includes the usage of a server, an application, and data

'The monetization of services will happen using the iExec token, which means that DApps needing off-chain computation will use and spend the tokens. The first phase of the project (6 months in) clearly addresses DApps. Providers will earn tokens each time their application (SaaS), servers (IaaS), or data sets (DaaS) are used by other DApps'

each provider will be paid accordingly
sidechains will be introduced to establish off chain consensus

I hope this helps.

Using the token as a value to transfer value is the only way to get around the USA commodity regulations.

it is  clear that the marker will be in circulation services and will be market consumers and suppliers.

ICO365 will help the  RLC crowdsale when it launches on 12th April at 13:00 UTC in China.

Also, negotiations with other platforms are in progress.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

iEx.ec, short for “I Execute,” a Chinese and French company located in Lyon, France and Beijing, China, aims to providing a platform for blockchain-based distributed applications on an upgradeable, secure, and accessible ecosystem for computer resources (CPU, storage, etc.). They plan to establish a market network where users can monetize their servers, applications, and datasets. iEx.ec utilizes Ethereum smart contracts to assist in the creation of virtual cloud computing services through which it will provide high-performance computing (HPC) services on request.

Hello everyone,

Sorry I was traveling last week, and had few time to monitor the thread.

Some random remarks :

 1) Don't send any BTC or ETH from an exchange. If you don't control your ETH address :: YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR TOKENS.

So please, if you plan to participate directly, -- e.g. without going through ICO365 or Gatecoin for instance -- use a WALLET .

Same for BTC, f you use an exchange,  it will make the refund process much more complex, so I definitely don't recommend it.

2) all the crowdsale is managed using an Ethereum smart contract that offers full security, transparency and same chance for everyone to participate. It'll start at the same time for everyone. Remember that ETH transaction are always faster than BTC transaction. Favor ETH if you hesitate between the two, it makes the whole process a lot simpler.

3) in case the min cap is not reached, we still generate the tokens and offer anyone a chance to be refund if you wish. It means that bounties will be paid whatever the outcome is.

Thanks for your support,

Gilles
