Yes indeed panic selling will make a loss and a lot of newbie traders who did it (even traders who already have experience they often do that). What to do when panic selling was doing DISCIPLINE to follow a trading plan previously created, so plan should be required before starting trade. If they lose, they would just be all like "Ohh, at least I didn't lose x amount of money. It's still a good day for me." To some it's a good thing but it's just an illusion for me.
