That is partially correct. The supply is very much mutable if the unsold coins are dumpable on an open market. What guarantees do participants have that these reserve funds would be managed properly? Is there sufficient language about that management anywhere including multi-sig by the dev team as well as how those would be utilized? What is to stop them from legally dumping it lump sum? I'm not saying they would, but it's not unlike the Satoshi wallet that hangs over Bitcoin.

Obviously, they won't be able to sell even for $30M, the more realistic would be $3M-$10M. Which leaves the vast majority of unsold coins in control of the devs. This is disappointing to say the least. Why not use similar model of successful crowdfunding campaign as for instance Lisk had
