This martingale system works only for those who have control of their emotions. Once you lost control in your game that's it without knowing you your bankroll will become empty. Especially don't use this method in casino games in auto play mode. Manually it is ok if you know when to stop your play. But autoplay will make your wallet within few minutes.

Martingale is too dangerous! you must be prepared to face 20+ losing streak.
i had once experienced 14 losing streak and the house gobbled up my entire bankroll.(around .17 btc)

In my opinion, it is 90% of luck and 10% is up to you because there is no pattern in gambling like if you roll a dice there is a % of winning that most of the time you lose.

Summation of (2^(20!)) is just so much. Even simply 2 ^ 20 is more than a million multiplied by your initial bet. That's too much risk just for you to get a profit same as your initial bet every time the multiplier hits more than 2.00x. There are also variations of martingale whereas they multiple by 1.65 or so instead of 2 and then cash out @5.00x. There's also reverse martingale, paroli, pluscoup, and whatnot. But honestly, has anyone ever won from these strategies in the long run? I think none. I always look up those autobettors on BustABit and most of them end up at negative balance.

It is skill at work when you see a game that offers a negative expected value and you avoid that game to, instead, play a game in which the expected value is more favorable....right?  That's not luck; it's skill, experience, and self discipline.  Having the skill required to recognize, and avoid, a losing proposition is the key here.  It cannot be replaced by luck.  Math rules the gambling industry....not luck, not superstition, not the mafia!  Math!
