Why is it that people find it difficult to follow simple instruction, put your Ethereum address in your "Other contact info:" on your profile, simple as ABC and your address will be collected from the place. I think discussion should now be based on development of the platform

I seem to have missed important development updates from the devs due to the bounty issues and complainers right after the ICO ended. When will GUP tokens be distributed to ICO investors? Also I'd like to know If there's an updated roadmap available so I can follow it up.

Guys we are shocked as you are by Philip's statement. Recent events are overwhelming for us too. Allow me to give you some of the
details before a conclusive announcement is published by us.

 Two days ago we announced our Matchpool Optimization strategy  (see here : https://medium.com/matchpool/matchpool-optimisation-strategy-b9373ae67871) As part of our hedging strategy we decided to convert some of the contributed ETH into BTC, We first converted 10% of the total ETH which is approximately 12,500 ETH and in the second trance we converted 25,000 ETH into BTC. the total BTC converted to sums up to 1450.667. The total amount is separated to many accounts as we save the BTC on cold wallet protected with TREZOR that creates new address every deposit.

Philip statement is currently studied. I'm afraid it is a case of one disappointed man that is trying to hurt all involved.
  

Sonce the co-founder already resigned. Does he still keep a share from the 20% of tokens reserved for the "team"?

It seems this issue, is in the process of the team, if not then the dev and team to do something to it, so as not to disturb the distribution of funds ..

That's great decision by matchpool I've very strong believe in that team so that I would like keep hold my tokens tight. If anybody want refund than I'll respect the decision of team and will wait for further announcement so you moving forward and make this project great.
