I had been using a Coinbase wallet myself till some time ago, and I was quite happy with it, to be honest. Until they started taking fees for transactions. This and likely future Bitcoin fork, which is unlikely but still not completely impossible (obviously, they are not going to credit BTU tokens as they didn't credit new Ethereum coins after the split), made this wallet no longer interesting to me, and I moved my funds elsewhere. And I guess a lot of people will follow or already followed my lead. I didn't get married to it, anyway

It's not that popular online. Like as in online shops. Just try and see how many online shops that accept bitcoin you can find. I mean the list is growing by the day but still bitcoin payments are still in their infancy. But still, from what I can see things are looking up, slowly but surely.

I think the online store will not be used every day. you can not be spending then always pay the shipping costs continually, perhaps if it had been a lot of offline stores that accept bitcoin we could use bitcoin everyday

Even if it's not popular with online stores in your jurisdiction I believe with time as more people get on board it will gain popularity online too. Secondly, it needn't have to be used online alone but can interchangeably be used for both online and physical shops without any cause for alarm.

Actually, if now mostly people can't use the bitcoin on online, Because in every country are not accepting the bitcoin from online, and i see mostly people prefer to save and hold the bitcoin instead of using it online shops.

I think it is accepted all over the world in online world and there is no any place where it is not accepted for online shopping. Only some stores do not have adopted bitcoin yet but they will also start to use bitcoin for their online purchases to benefit from bitcoin.

Right now the acceptance is quite low compared to the physical fiat that we use on the daily requirements. Little by little the acceptance is increasing gradually. In my view bitcoin is much used for gambling and other needs than any sort of online shopping needs.

Yeah people are using it daily on trading and gambling sites to grow their bitcoins quick and the fact is they cannot use it anywhere offline only because there are very few places at a moment that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment so the usage of bitcoins in real world is very limited.

Yes, that is the most challenging things to use bitcoins for small amount transactions. But you can consider using XAPO account for free transactions but if you receive very small amount then they do also get some charges. But until now they are not charging for sending money to other people.

Valid point, that's why there's the urgent need for this fees and low confirmations issue to be solved because with time Bitcoin will be good for only one time huge transactions and not for petty or daily individual use.

Paying fees is mandatory and if you want fast transactions then you need to pay higher fees and for the same reason people will not prefer to spend their coins and will prefer to save them for the future so that they can spend them which price is higher.

I am using daily on trading and gambling sites but not using in daily life as I think its better to save them for future instead of wasting them in buying some irrelevant stuffs but when it comes to grow them then I don't think there is anything wrong in spending it online.

I don't think he have to wait until the transaction is confirmed as once the merchant sees incoming transaction in his wallet then its done and no need to wait for 3 confirmations and even if there is delay in confirmation people are still willing in using bitcoins so that is not at all an issue for users of bitcoins.

The confirmation time is without a doubt a limitation to use bitcoin like that, bitcoin is better suited for operations where you don’t need confirmation in a matter of seconds, so the usage in our daily lives of bitcoin is going to be limited, but bitcoin is great for operations like the ones you do in internet.

It can be limited at a moment but things can change in future when confirmation time will get faster and also we will find many places to spend them physically but if talk about the present then yes the usage of bitcoin in real world is very limited.

A few years ago some Bitcoin casinos allowed to gamble with coins not yet confirmed (i.e. with 0 confirmations). For example, PrimeDice was known to credit to your account coins with unconfirmed transactions. It all ended when someone sent a decent amount of bitcoins there, lost all of them, and then made a successful attempt at double spend leaving the casino with no profit. There is no reason to trust some random dude on the net, and many merchants accept payments only from Coinbase wallets to their Coinbase wallets since these off-chain transactions are close to being ping-time instant

I use to buy a voucher, pay bills online, buy a phone and of course trading, bitcoin is very useful and better than all internet payment method. Very like with bitcoin because easy, safe and profitable.

In real world I don't use it on daily basis but use it when I have to top up my phone and apart from that I use it them on trading sites as at a moment I don't see any scope in using it at offline places as there are not many places that accepts bitcoins at a moment.

i am agree and for us that don't want to spend our bitcoin, the best thing that we can do is keep saving our bitcoin in our wallet so our bitcoin will be growth in future. but if we can see that there is a local store that accepting bitcoin, then we can trying to spend our bitcoin to buy something in that store.

It is very easy to shop with bitcoin when you enter the appropriate fee values. You can make payments for any small or large product with bitcoin.
You are right about legal regulations. It may be a problem to use bitcoin if there are legal sanctions in your country.
But as a payment system, bitcoin is a very good method.
