Actually legal restrictions in many country have limited many payment processors and bank to have this feature.

If you are a BTC holder then you are the one who will adjust. If your partner is US DOLLAR holder then you are the one who will convert from BTC to US DOLLAR. Above my post is correct, Yes there are restriction in some country because of it's anonymity. So you are the one who will adjust you need to convert your BTC to US DOLLAR. There are some famous website that can exchange BTC to US DOLLAR. I think coinbase is the one, but some didn't like coinbase because of some issues. Well, I can buy and sell bitcoin simply use my phone.
However, the transaction was not in big amount of bitcoin but less than BTC1.
Because my friend has a local exchange, it's very helpful.

In our country there's an app called Coin.ph . It provides convertion of peso to btc and btc to pesos then theres more features. We can buy things online , we can pay bills and load our phones. For me that the easiest way to convert money to btc because you can also cash in and convert . Also it is a wallet that let you see the convertion so you are aware if the convetion is ok

In my experience by buying bitcoin is from my atm card I bought BTC through coins.ph one of the in my country who accepted bitcoin on which affiliated in different bank outlet I dont know in the other country maybe you can use poloniex exchange or localbitcoin for you to buy bitcoin using credit card. No this is no way an option, because the fees itself would be outrageous and how much do you think you would be able to buy with phone credits?

Personally, I prefer having the ability to exchange BTC <-> Fiat instantly, at any time (especially during big price fluctuations). I see no one recommended E-coin.io (now rebranding to Wirex). It's basically a debit card (both virtual and physical) that is accepted anywhere.

Yes, I know about these BTC vending machines. Actually, a similar solution would be fine for me. I am looking for a method to transfer fiat to BTC DIRECTLY. Like someone visits one of these vending machines, types in some address, puts in some fiat and receives BTC soon. We had one of them in the town where I am living, but it was closed down.

This is a long term issue not all have Bitcoin as their primary source of income or not many hold money I have Bitcoins. Bitcoin is popular but not that popular that people start putting their money into it. What you could suggest is that they use a exchange or use this forum and have the exchange done. Regards the SMS and Call, that would not be possible. This would mean that the BTC would have be stored with a third party person that will handle all trade whenever there is one. Both parties will have to have an account in that platform, which will mean that parties will not really have control over the bitcoins and it will not go through the blockchain.

I haven't sat and outright crunched the numbers, but it is a funny thing with both Paxful and Localbitcoins.  I used them for a long time to turn BTC into fiat(via Serve card) and always had the thought to start making trades the other way, fiat to BTC.  The reason for the desire was because I was "losing" money going from BTC to fiat. That really losing money, but getting less than $1 per $1, because of the fees each person charges, the cost of doing business.  So, logic would dictate that when I was ready and had the time I could trade the other direction and make money the same way as the people I was using.  The funny thing is that in order to compete in the areas I was going to service, I would end up losing money that way too.  

I trade on locabitcoins in small amounts and would rather pay more for an instant transaction than deal with copies of ID's and such, so I am paying a more "premium" fee and you should expect that too.  Localbitcoins is easy, it is fast and the escrow service makes it pretty safe, but to get the best price per BTC you have to be willing to do two things.

1. Jump through the hoops a particular seller may set.  This can mean copies of ID's sent or that a Paypal account be verified or whatever.

2. Shop at a different time of day.  

The second option can make the first go away.  There are many sellers out there that will buy and sell on these sites with complete anonymity, but no one is on there 24 hours a day.  The point is, if you rush the process of getting cash from BTC, you may pay a lot more and you may have to jump some hoops.

if a client is going to pay you in bitcoin, use a site like bitpay.  there is a POS option, or buttons for a webpage.  i do not endorse them, i just have used them.  there is another site that accepts both credit cards and bitcoin.  that solves any professional "payment" issues. 

if it is clients that have fiat and you want to supply them with bitcoin, welll, first legally you a msb license that makes you capable of general currency banking transaction, the license is cheap but you need to qualify for the license.

legal stuff being said, use both a service like paypal and one like bitpay.  have each funded and ready to send money.  the client pays you via paypal $10, once the transaction is complete you send them the bitcoins.  a basic level programmer can work this into a website.  the same can be done in reverse.  for a minimum programming approach that requires your attention to every TX, have both paypal and bitpay alert you via text message when a new transaction occurs.  make sure the web forms require either an email address for paypal or a bitcoin address for bitpay.  you get a text, check either pp or bp and then send the funds from the other account.

the above without a license is highly illegal.  if you never get web traffic you should be fine for sometime, but if your site becomes a success you will be quickly shutdown and never be able to even try for a banking license.  stick to localbitcoins and paxful, i am almost positive that each has a deep API and you can put your offers on your own site.  that allows you to build a rep on an established site and slowly start moving some of the traffic to your private site.

There is one website working exactly like this .... You send a SMS or call a number and you get a code. Once you redeem the code you receive your BTC into your wallet (after some hours as they do this manually and there are 2 guys only). paxful has a set of unspoken, i mean utterly unspoken and ever changing rules.  for about three weeks, if you tried to trade less than $5 an alert said there was a $5 limit and you could not do it.  the funny thing was that you could click an offer for $1-5 and get that message, meaning that person had their offer nullified.  a week later, no limits, don't take them too seriously and they can be a good site, but i prefer lbc too

There are ways to convert your fiat to bitcoin and vice versa but I agree with you--it's a hassle and problems arise sometimes....as more regulation comes into effect, conversions might become easier but they will also become more intrusive   It's a trade off.  Anytime we're dealing with fiat, we will have to deal with the burdens of regulation and governmental oversite which impedes the process. That's why we love bitcoin....it takes out the "trusted third paries" and makes things easier....but for now we will still have to deal with those third parties in some way. Having said that, I never convert my bitcoin to fiat or vice versa....I keep them separate.

There are ways to convert your fiat to bitcoin and vice versa but I agree with you--it's a hassle and problems arise sometimes....as more regulation comes into effect, conversions might become easier but they will also become more intrusive   It's a trade off.  Anytime we're dealing with fiat, we will have to deal with the burdens of regulation and governmental oversite which impedes the process. I'm not sure that, which is the card described in the above quote. Bitcoin ATM cards are good to access if you've bitcoin ATM's around your locality. Dispensing cash from ATM costs you with a increased fee compared to conversion through trading service providers.

The fee is expected to increase, but as long as it is justifiable then for sure many will use it for convenience. I have not seen one in my country or specifically in my location, I would love to experiencing cashing out in ATM in the future. I believe it will happen as the more the adoption increases, the more they will be attracted to build an ATM for us.

I don't think there are virtual credit cards that can provide you without verification. Even my Local Wallet's virtual credit card needs a separate verification process. On the other hand the reason why is it more expensive in buying Bitcoin compared to its worth because that is how Local Bitcoin owners profit from their Bitcoin. If you are in india or philippines you have this option that you can go to convenience store to deposit your money and convert into bitcoin but for other country i think they are still dont have this option to convert their money instead they will choose their credit card to connect online to buy bitcoins.. like in coinbase but coinbase right now is not a good place to buy bitcoins because many people are experience many problem and i think they are turning into  scam..

If you live in my country, change fiat into BTC is easy and fast. Because here existing local exchangers that accept the currency of this country and can directly trade with BTC. Thats right mate the currency exchangers that available with your country would be the easy options since in evry countries we have our own btc to fiat exchange service correct me if im wrong or i can say most of the countries have this exchange service. That is really nice. At least you still have a trustful friend who has Bitcoin and provides them to you. I still wonder where he get those Bitcoin. Does he use any exchanger or what? every time check both localbitcoins and paxful prior to making another trade elsewhere.  right now, i am using paxful for changing bitcoins to american express serve and the exchange is nearly even money.  I did a small one recently as an example and got $4.01 of serve for $4.18 of BTC.  That does not account for the 0.0005 fee to move the BTC in, but that is nothing.

i wish i knew what was up with these guys and squarepay.  i cannot bring myself to do it, but they often offer 500% for BTC to squarepay.  I do have a squarepay account, but have no idea what their policies are on reversed TX's.  if it was paypal, i would expect a near immediate reverse on a payment with a 500% pop, serve does not allow reversals.  there is either a scam there or they have a shitload of btc that they want to unload.

i would like to see lbc and paxful expand a little bit on the crypto.  they would gain a lot of people if they would even add the big three, ltc and doge and btc.  the biggest losses in btc trading that i can see, except outright losses is in moving too small of amounts here and there, trying for the best option

i have used lbc on and off for a long time and i have heard some sellers talk about reaching their limit, be it monthly or otherwise.  i have no idea what these limits are or how they change.  other sites are clear about limits based on varied kyc verification levels.  their security is pretty good and the escrow seems flawless, but i can warn about this.  i set up 2fa using a local authenticator program and the PC crashed without me backing up the 2fa codes.  support from lbc regarding this is not good, although it may be the government restricting them.  the only option is to request that 3fa be removed from your account, answer some questions and then wait two weeks.  i was torn between that and working on getting the info from the hard drive. i ended up simply creating a new account and lost all my past feedback scores.

if you use 2fa, you can be cut from many accounts with simple things.  your phone number changing, a PC crash, any number of issues can lock you out of important accounts.  back up pc 2fa software files and i now use an internet phone number(google voice) for things like that in case i lose my phone number for some reason

Everyone have their own method to convert BTC to fiat and Fiat to BTC. Now we all have some third party exchanger in all country. In my country we have some exchange in that few people will buy our coins for a high price but the site looks not good and not much recommended. Only one site is good recommended, but they will buy my coins exact price what Google shows. And their selling price is very much high so I will not buy any coins only I will sell my coins.

That is 3% if I'm not wrong, its not so big fee. In my city there are only 2 ATM's, fee is somewhere around 8%, which is much higher. But in my country bitcoin is not much appreciated yet, so in the future when there will be more competition, I expect to them to lower their fee's.

In the case there are no banks vs exchanges localbitcoins is the only hassle free solution. Trading with third parties on fb, tw etc. can be risky.

Well, first he must have a bitcoin wallet, for him to receive his bitcoin if he will convert his money to bitcoin, and the one that will going to help him with that is you. I get very fascinated and excited when I hear bitcoins ATMs but I wonder how they work how exactly they pay and really can you suggest me where in India we can find such ATM ? I will surely visit that whenever possible and see how things work.

Anything related with an online transaction is fast. And we all know in order to transact the conversion of Bitcoin is online, it depends on the person converting the Bitcoin. i see coinbase do well. if coinbase support your country, u can direct buy n sell just note that u need to verify your coinbase v your id.

When I try to deal on localbitcoins, there are many buyers who give the good exchange rates but unfortunately most of them ask for verified status (which is breach of anonymity, but still they are right at their place) so I usually have to deal with those who have not restricted trades for verified accounts but usually they don’t offer best rates. There are many ways you can convert money into Bitcoin, but it depends on how much money you have and how much you are willing to invest in bitcoin, if you are looking  to spend like thousand dollar on it you can always buy it from online wallets, but if you only have couple hundred dollars you can buy from peer to peer exchange sites like local bitcoin, whereyou can buy and sell bitcoin depending on your location and the method of payment that you want.

If I am going to base it in my situation here, that would not be a problem for me because in my country we have merchant here who accept bitcoin in different transaction like, shopping online, travel tour local or international, money transfer through remittances outlet nationwide or transferring money through bank account.
