- https://fidor.de (Germany - German language) - It can be very good because it has likely instant transfer in/out from Kraken
I'm using the Chrome integrated translation tool to use it.

Are you outside of Germany and you manage to make an account, they offer a card? Thanks!

Yes, fidor.de opens outside Germany. You can get a debit mastercard for EUR 14,95. Video-Ident.

https://www.paymix.eu/ has a shared (Slovak) IBAN. (Edit: not sure if they still work)
They are now known as https://www.yuropay.com

Also found http://emoney.com.mt/personal-accounts/ but don't know how to register and if you receive an IBAN, if it's shared, etc.

ViaBuy seem to be offering a dedicated IBAN to their customers. Their account creation fee is a bit too expensive compared to their competition though. I don't see why anyone would use this service over other alternatives.

And you must take care, if you use private bank accounts. Some banks seem to lock accounts, if you have many or high non periodic incomes, because they assume use for business. Before you open an account, google the bank for reviees also on this aspect.

Wow. Good topic. Did not know so much was possible "for free". Will try to find some online reviews before opening an account.

There are decent completely free options line Number 26 and Mistertango. If you specifically want some non-free options then look through this thread because several have been mentioned through this thread already. But I don't think there can be a service matching n26...

Also I found another non-free service It's called onlinekonto and it's yet another e-banking service from Germany with a dedicated IBAN and debit card. There are monthly fees though.

I can add about Mistertango that you can withdraw up to €200 once a month for free. And if it wasn't mentioned previously, EU residents can order free MasterCard debit card without monthly fees.

Correction to your post above: everyone can order their card, not just EU residents. I have their Hercus card and I don’t live in Europe. I got it without paying any fees. I can use it once a month up to 200 Euros without paying a fee. For amounts beyond 200 there is a modest fee which is OK.

The only thing I am not happy about is the card’s annual transaction limit of 20k Euros. But it’s not the end of the world. To expand my limits I simply move the money by SEPA to my account in Germany. Mistertango comes with an IBAN account which is the feature I love most.

Hi everyone,

Let me share results of my little research on the suggested list agains 2 criteria: eligibility for different countries and is the service bitcoin-friendly?

According to the rules for usage of Paysera system, clients are prohibited from managing unlicensed virtual currencies (e.g. bitcoin). Therefore, transfers to systems which exchange such currencies are not performed.
Which is not 100% consistent as they offer Payza transfer as a separate transaction type (along with bank transfer or webmoney). Payza at the same time offers bitcoin exchange on their site  Wink

I tried and my transfer was cancelled because of this rule.

Hope this was useful. Moderators may want to add something to the top-post.

Can't you still use it for localbitcoins.com selling/buying? Same goes for all the others that don't allow sending to exchanges.

Well if you feel Ok about losing your money some day then yes.
Check out the link I've given for LeuPay case in the same post. A guy had his account blocked and lost money. And that is not even on their terms and conditions. So they can invent a violation on the run if needed.

I've never used localbitcoins.com, but don't you transfer directly to a personal bank account of a seller/buyer, so it's impossible for them to know what the transfer was for? In this case, all of these services can still be used to buy/sell bitcoin.

Yes, you are right. The cash transfer takes place directly between counterparties. And everything is good until somebody says BTC. The bank can ask questions. And if you answer something generic about goods and services it should do just fine. But what if your counterparty is not that aware and says straight it's a deal on localbitcoins? Sad but these days some banks treat BTC as a money laundring instrument.
My research was aimed at mitigating this risk of being caught by unfriendly bank.

Yes, you are right, quote from their website:
Quote
According to the rules for usage of Paysera system, clients are prohibited from managing unlicensed virtual currencies (e.g. bitcoin). Therefore, transfers to systems which exchange such currencies are not performed.
I saw some people complaining that their Paysera account was closed after they got money from bitcoin exchanges.

It's called frauding and It's the reason that over the years there are more and more restrictions/verifications to be able to use those type of services in peace. The one who struggles is the one trying to use them without trying to cheat. You and the one you are selling to can, in fact, have some problems with the justice in the long run.
I wouldn't be surprised if your fake accounts that you're trying to sell will not work or just a period of time, resulting in losing money for those buying this kind of fraud.
