I tried Revolut out. This one has worked flawlessly. Less than 24h and my funds arrived. Perfect. I will be trying out other banks. Never put all eggs in the same basket, as they say.
You can actually send to/receive from Kraken/Coinbase with Revolut? I thought they only allowed buying from their "exchange"?

I can confirm that Payoneer is not very useful for exchanges. My payment from Kraken got rejected after five days pending and now I am still waiting for a response from their support team, as it hasn't been returned yet to my Kraken's fundings. It is almost two weeks now.
Then I tried Revolut out. This one has worked flawlessly. Less than 24h and my funds arrived. Perfect. I will be trying out other banks. Never put all eggs in the same basket, as they say.
Payoneer will close your account. Their T&C clearly forbids receiving or sending any funds that touch crypto.

Yep, Payoneer doesn't allow transactions related to "digital currencies". However, people may try to use LocalBitcoin to sell Bitcoin for Payoneer, if the funds come from a person and not a company related to cryptos, it may work.
ViaBuy.com started recently to accept deposits with Bitcoin (using Bitpay). You get a dedicated IBAN with a Mastercard and can send and receive SEPA transfers. It's a prepaid service similar to Advcash. (of course, you will need to be a verified customers)

I always heard horrible things about them so I never even looked at them. It would be great news if they were bought by someone or changed their policies.

It's not free though, is it? It's one of the many paid debit card/IBAN services out there but for whoever actually resides in Europe there are better free alternatives.

But you can send money to another Payoneer account without SEPA, you can transfer using the email ID of the person like you do with Paypal. otherwise, you wouldn't see all the offers listed on localbitcoin. See the following link explaining about it https://blog.payoneer.com/how-to/pay/how-to-make-a-payment-with-payoneer/

I dont think its safe to open bank account online. Hackers could get your account if you're not careful. Its not safe. You should go directly to the bank to open an account. Anyway, its good to see how banks are embracing new technology now. But its sad because i dont live in EU. I live in Asia. Does anyone know if theres a bank like this here on Asia?
Why wouldn't be safe? It's true there is no absolute security but if you think like that than better don't use Internet and online services at all. Many commercial banks are offering the possibility to open bank account online and that is very convenient for many users and saves time. Anyway, this is very useful list, it's good to know what choices we have.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't registration to fidor.de closed to non-German residents? I see discussion about it in several bitcoin communities and this guide doesn't really make a clarification. I read here that it's for German citizens only.

I see discussion about it in several bitcoin communities and this guide doesn't really make a clarification. I read here that it's for German citizens only. I think it's for German citizens only. They are also quite strict these days because of the very high risk of these accounts being used for fraud. By this I mean opening bank accounts for the sole purpose of perpetrating fraud or Kontoeroeffnungsbetrug as they call it in German. I have an account with DKB which is a direct bank or a bank without any branch network. It's based in Berlin and their services are top notch. It's a fully functional IBAN account with a credit card attached to it. The account comes with an overdraft. It's not just a debit card but an actual credit card with a credit line linked to it. I live in Asia and opened it with an Asian passport... all online. Naturally they were cautious so the approved overdraft was only EUR 100. I have had the account since 2011 and I take very good care of how I use it. No wild spending and over the top SEPA in/out transfers, no bitcoin-related transactions (DKB is staunchly anti-BTC). What I do is I load bitcoins on my Mistertango account, then from there I transfer Euros via SEPA to my DKB account. No suspicious questions or issues. Why? Because the Mistertango account is also in my name so there is little risk of being flagged. As for Fidor, I once considered opening an account with them. Same with N26. They are now stricter than ever and if they do open accounts, they close them quickly if they notice a pattern of transactions they don't like.

For those who worry about security, i can tell that ebanking is way safer than traditional/physical banks.

My experience with this list as a localbitcoins trader. I sell and buy btc with SEPA transfers. Because I receive from many people and send to many other people banks don't like this pattern and as you know it's impossible to reason with them. They act like fucking robots. - N26: Used only once for localbitcoins. Blocked when transfering from kraken - Revolut: Used them for some time. Was able to receive about €20k. Blocked - Mistertango: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1709715.msg28844528#msg28844528 Blocked - Leupay: Already received 17k and stopped. Only large transfers so less sender. Still working - Paysera: Low activity so far. Still working

I think it's since they partnered with Transferwise (which don't deal with cryptos activities) As for Revolut and Mistertango I am surprised for so-called crypto friendly services, I am puzzled As for Leupay and Paysera, it's only a matter of time before they decide to block your account as well. Are you using only LocalBitcoin for all the SEPA transfers in and out?

I was surprised too, specially with Mistertango because it was so fast. They call themselves crypto-friendly but they were even worst than regular banks I used. With regular banks it took longer and much more €€€ before blocking. As for Leupay and Paysera, it's only a matter of time before the block your account as well.
I'll try to change some things to save these 2. Are you using only LocalBitcoin for all the SEPA transfers in and out?
Yes. I buy and sell from individual sellers there.
