According to posts from some members it seemed to me that Leopay was not a crypto friendly payment account. I wonder if I confused with LeuPay. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1810594.0;all@Guglevois While searching, I found this paragraph directly from their site. So I don't think it's a problem, you can still do some tests with not very large amounts, like $10 the first time, etc. This is where LeuPay comes in. Unlike many traditional banks with an old-world view of finance, LeuPay is embracing the currencies of tomorrow by granting customers the option to freely transfer money to and from crypto currency trading platforms today.
With the ability to offer unique IBANs across multiple currencies as well as a quick and secure method of transfer, LeuPay allows its customers to interact with a host of digital currency trading platforms. https://blog.leopay.eu/cryptocurrency-to-bank-account/Edit: Notice the quote from Leopay is mentioning Leupay

Edit: Notice the quote from Leopay is mentioning Leupay They are the same company. Leupay was rebranded to Leopay: https://blog.leopay.eu/leupay-becomes-leopay/I also recall seeing reports of people saying they weren't crypto-friendly, unsure of that's still true today.

@freenow
Not surprised with Revolut and N26, a little more with Bunq. Isn't it a European neobank? 5,000€ per 30 calendars days is the threshold in Europe at which banks (and similar) start to piss off users. I would go for Wirex and Bitwala if you deal with cryptos, If not then most of the list is good to follow.

Between Wirex and Bitwala? I never tested Wirex so can't comment but I would say they are both the same. What could decide you to use A or B would be the fees or limits. Everything else is similar between both. From the whole list in OP, if I'm not dealing with cryptos I would go for Bunq, N26, Fidor since they are real banks with regulations and a real banking license.

Are you receiving payment for something about cryptocurrency? Then I would go and sign up with Bitwala or Wirex as I said before. You will get a dedicated IBAN and a card. With bitwala, you also have a BTC wallet and you can receive your bitcoins and sell to bitwala directly.

Why do you think so? I have checked their website and they still offering to open account on their bank. But I haven't tried to create account since I already have it since the old times. If other online banks are blocking your accounts, probably you're doing something wrong...

N26 closed my account without warning after almost a year using them. They provided no warning and they dont respond to chat (they close it immediately!). They said I can use my account normally for two weeks (after two weeks my account would be closed) to withdraw my funds but thats false. Debit card blocked and I cannot make any transfers. Mid 5 figures stuck there. They said to provide them with an IBAN to transfer my money to. I did and its been almost a week and no money.. They cannot give me a timeframe. I used my account with coinbase ONLY. Its 100% crypto related and if you search the net you will find MANY cases like mine ( https://twitter.com/n26/status/1131188669598064650 https://twitter.com/N26Failure). Stay away - you have been warned.

The European banks have to give customers a deadline to leave, which is your case. Right now it's normal that you haven't received anything. It can take up to a month to receive the remaining funds and in your case, you will get the funds after the 2 week period.

Perhaps because N26 asked them to provide evidence for where their money comes from before to release and they were unable to provide any. But legally it does not have the right to hold the funds indefinitely, especially in the circumstances where the customer account is closed. (different than suspended) Currently, you don't really have any possibility to speed up your case. Only once the delay of at least 2 weeks (or even a month) then you will have to turn to a consumer agency or a bank mediator.
