Found myself (adamgud) in the spreadsheets for bounty programm. But there are no accrued BOS coins. The form was filled, in Newsletter/Slack subscribed.
I also experienced the same thing I've followed Slack, Newslater but did not get the result in Spreadsheet We were originally planning to publish this Friday, however due to a large amount of questions, we decided to publish a cut of the public tracker earlier (yesterday), we are still tidying up some aspects of the tracker and apologies for any mis-calculations. I can confirm that both "adamgud" and "seven.71" are successful in the Newsletter&Slack subscription campaign. We are still aiming to have the public tracker updated on Friday - we appreciate your patience and also feedback.

Do you have a target with the ICO?
Our target is to reach 6,900 BTC.

Thank you for your further analysis. But one thing I should say. I think we have clearly defined the Constitutionalism in our BOScoin Whitepaper. Is there any reason that you marked "NO" in BOScoin's Constitutionalism? Anyway we found that we have many resemblance with Tezos. I think it is interesting. Thank you. annyeonghaseyo ok what i actually mean by status (What's the stage of the project in this case "unsure") is it still only on "whitepaper" phase or is the product/network already working in testnet if your like chronobank (just concept phase no actual product - not MVP)... i like to know you know I had bad experience with vaporware like maidsafe

I'm not sure I quite understand your proposal. You talk about a congress network making decisions, but
1) how are those decisions audited? Tezos decisions can be audited and verified unambiguously on its blockchain.
2) how are those decisions enforced? Tezos upgrades are automatic, if a protocol upgrade is approved, it is enforced on chain. This isn't just people making a decision and then clients choosing to follow it, this has the full force of a smart contract.
3) how you enforce meta-rule? This is constitutionalism. Can you programmatically constraint the type of protocols that your congress network is allowed to pass? If not you don't have consitutionalism.
Tezos does all of those things, and it is a hard engineering challenge to do it, but ultimately worth it. If we only wanted to have a simple vote, we'd have released two years ago.

If you properly submitted the application and are wearing the Signature/Avatar properly then you will get rewarded properly. You only need a Slack account, if you want to publicly track your progress. You also get BOS for joining the Email Newsletter/Slack Bounty so feel free to join the BOScoin Newsletter and Slack as well Newsletter https://upscri.be/a6e728BOScoin Slack https://slack-boscoin.herokuapp.com

We are not just on "whitepaper" phase now. We are developing the engine and coin. Demo day is scheduled in end of this month and the genesis block will be released in end of June. We will share the demo video after Demo day.
