The greatest problem I see with this ICO (provided it is actually legitimate) is that it pegs the amount of coins you recieve to BTC, which is quite volatile. Other projects often peg it to the USD, although they accept payment in BTC.
Currently the price of the coins during the ICO are rising like crazy and it is becoming way less interesting to join in on the project.
It would be relatively easy to peg boscoin to USD and still only accept payment in BTC.
You can easily contribute a smaller amount of Bitcoin.
The minimum contribution amount is 0.01 BTC
That is true and was also not my point.
But the price is pegged as such: 1BTC = 40000 Boscoins recieved.
My point is that when 1 BTC was worth $800 each boscoin was way more reasonably priced than now, as it currently costs over $1400 for 1 BTC.
If the price was pegged in USD, but paid in BTC, the investment costs during the ICO would have been pretty much the same no matter if BTC costs $800 or $1400.
Market share is the only measure of relative wealth in a market and if you want to make this a coin for everybody, being greedy during the ICO is not the way to go.
