I'm out too - I believe in Boscoin but the ICO doesn't make financial sense especially since it is getting more expensive by the day.
If you want a successful ICO I would strongly recommend reducing the price since the Boscoin price is fixed and BTC keeps going up.
Sorry. If we first decided to peg boscoin to USD we can, but we announced the ration based on BTC at first. It is not easy for us to change the first announced policy. It is relatively easy. What you can do is to look back at what the bitcoin price was during the pre-ICO, then calculate the number of coins issued based on USD and then make a calculation so the ICO provides 10% less coins now per USD. More important issue is that if we calculate that, ICO participant will get much more BOScoin than Pre-ICO participants with the same BTC. I think they will not accept this.

But in dollars they will get the same. And as of yet, I think most people cash out in fiat to eat and buy goods, so in real world value, the ICO participants would be getting less.

Just to illustrate my point further:
I don't know exactly when the pre-ico started and finished, but by taking an approximate average from mid-November to mid-Januar, the price was probably on average around $850 per BTC. Then they were given 50000 boscoin per BTC (just choosing the highest reward out of convenience).
Now the price is about $1450 (at the time of writing) for one BTC and the reward during the ico will be 40000 per BTC.
That means that average cost in USD per boscoin during the pre-ICO was USD $0.017.
During the ICO that price will be (unless BTC drops) USD $0.036. That is over double the price in the pre-ICO!
Getting 10-20% less than the pre-ICO is acceptable, but there is no way I'd buy in at less than half the value of what they got.

Then buy it after the ICO - no is constraining you do to participate. They pegged the value to BTC rather than USD accepting any risks of fluctuations and it paid off in their favour, what's wrong with that? Had it been the other way round I doubt you'd have complained.

1. Will there be a way to run securely full node on VPS server without risking 40000 boscoin? Something like dash masternode?
2. How much can be earned with 40000 boscoin fulltime 24/7 running node? What is the ROI here, please? In percentage?
3. How many, what will be the initial amount of boscoin existing, available when the project will start?

If it had been the other way around, they would appearantly not have met their financial goals and value of their project would have become zero. It is a bit concerning really that a serious project like this is into gambling.. And of course I will wait. It is also possible BTC will crash during the ICO.

Very low fee for a signature company, the equivalent of $ 6,110, so I just invest in ico.

Yes, the exchange rate is 1 BTC = 40,000 BOS. The minimum deposit is 0.01 BTC

I don't think they can raise enough money, BTC price is still rising and they collect investment only with BTC. Even if I ignore the emptiness of the project, timing is very bad for Boscoin.

The Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cryptocurrency community is quite tight. You can invest as little as 0.01 BTC.

It looks like they only want Far East Asia people to invest this project. They are looking for Chinese and Japanese community managers, they are Korean. The world is bigger than Far East, don't forget. If you want to raise more money you should focus on big population countries/languages. Good luck.
