why should use twitter/fb/googleID to signup/login on gambling site if we can use unique URL only for ourself or register with unique username and email, i don't think it will safe because our social media its not safe to use gambling its private i dont think it will safe if the gambling owner will hack our social media if that gambling site not trusted enough They do really have the access on our social media accounts since we do log-in using that thing and its not really a good thing to do in my own opinion and for sure most gamblers wouldnt do also on this kind of thing.Better to be safe without risking our identity on public. Yup people are always trying to hack our casino sites accounts to hack our coins, So if we log in with our social media accounts they will get access on our social media accounts. If it happens, we will lose 2 things one is our coins in sites, and another one is they can use our social media profile to any other bad things. So better don't use your personal accounts to log in any casino sites.

I think it not necessary because I prefer anonymous login without the need for a social media profile. By login on gambling sites using social media profile it means our identity will can be found. I prefer anonymous because my identity and security can be maintained, it will be more secure because of privacy maintained.

Most sites, at least dice sites, provide either a login url (Just-Dice, SatoshiDice) or ask for a user name and password (BitDice, PrimeDice). One of the benefits of Bitcoin gambling is betting anonymously. There has been a couple of sites however that allowed you to login with your social media profiles, though they seem to be dead now Do you think sites should offer the option of login via social media profile as well as the normal username/password? i think it is a good feature to have, but not a required feature because many users may not want it at all, and feel their privacy is compromised. but i think it is not such a bad idea if for example the gambling site has an option for you to choose between signing up with Email, or Facebook, .... or other social media profiles and also let you post stuff on your social media for example a nice win on your twitter or automatically post your ref link with nice pictures and your win bet on your twitter. but as i said it must be an optional feature.

The option should be available, because if someone doesn't have problem with that it's an easier way to login. But an alternative way to login should be presented for people who would like to protect their identity and use the site anonymously. I, myself, won't login to a gambling site using a social account.
Me too. Usually i create a dummy account when logging in to a gambling site. It really doesn't sit well with me or i don't feel at ease with the thought that the information i have in my social accounts would be seen or accessed by anyone. With the frequency of identity theft nowadays, i wouldn't risk it.

For me i would not use my social media accounts or email accounts to login in a gambling site because it can compromise my private accounts. The owner of that site has a hidden motive that letting his users to login with their private accounts. It has a high possibily that some users accounts will be hacked. To be safe i'll created a dummy account to use in that site. If they are wise, be wiser than them.

That would be a red flag and not to be tried has ones privacy can be compromised... should hackers have access to the gambling sites database unless you are using fake info which is not advisable as you might get funds locked out or confiscated

Depends on the social media accounts that I own, if I only have one real social media account then I would not use it to register on a gambling site. Perhaps if most gambling sites requires social media account to play then I will create a new fake account and keep my real accounts for other purposes.

For me, i am simply playing gambling with my bitcoin, and nothing else. Even i am not using other altcoin in gambling sites. So for me, i don't login with twitter, google or facebook id to gambling sites. Also i don't think that majority of the people are using that ways for playing gambling.

The whole point for using Bitcoin while gambling is doing things with the quickness. There isn't any reason to get famous for your identity when gambling online. Get the money then go on to your next thing. So no, i wouldn't login with any Twitter, Facebook or Google account.

Several gambling websites have given us the access to gamble without revealing our identity, then why to use Facebook, Google or Twitter account to access gambling websites. This helps us to participate into gambling even if you're in the country where gambling is legally banned and if found using its considered a crime.
I would agree with this, usually AFAIK if connecting to your social media for example Facebook it's required an authorizer which it can be tracked in such activity from our social media. I think nowadays such registration is have been dead. Personally if it's need required such registration in gambling site especially, I've been lazy first.

I would because I'm not giving my personal details to any of the social media sites. My accounts there are fake and I don't have them to post pictures of myself all over the internet. I need the accounts to be able to communicate with people, who mainly use stuff like fb messenger and would otherwise be out of reach. If you have your real name there you are screwed anyway, so I wouldn't care much about gambling,

Indeed social media are tools to communicate with other people not a personal platform where you sell your own identities and shout out to the world that you have been doing this and that with all sort of your personal pictures. But sad people think of it that way lol, as a result, they find it invading privacy when some application or sites let them log in with their social media account. How could that be when he is the one exposing his own doing thru that social media platform. I wouldn't mind logging in with my social media account because I have them with my pseudoname.

I would still do. I don't really care about anonymity. Logging in with a social media account would be more convenient and easier since you will only need to press 1 button.
I am not really occupied with anonymity since casinos are legal in my country if I am not mistaken. And yet I am not happy with some casino having my profile information, although I understand it is not likely to change much in my life. Just want some privacy in such things. But e-mail confirmation is okay.

I wouldn't use my social media profile to connect to any gambling site.. Especially ones that don't require ID confirmation...
Why would you want this? It is not that difficult to set up a password manager to get you easy log ins to those sites without needing to remember a password for every one of them.

Well I once register to a gambling site that has an option and I registered my facebook account, I don't even care if what's going to happen next after that so I provably would do it again next time.
