The risk is on the operator as people could run away with the Bitcoins most likely with member accounts
Of course killing their trust at the same time

But there should be no real risk to the person signing up except not getting paid.

Yes, his ads will have a more CTR (Click through rate), because of the better quality, but there will be less total ad impressions.

Agreed. Most people know about PD and how legit it is so he just needs to keep his profile in people's view but not have it blanketed across the forum (which was costing him a lot). I think he's achieved what he set out to achieve and now he just needs to sustain that rep and can do so with some paid Snrs and Hero members.

I'm pretty sure he means that it won't end well for the campaign
owner, as many people will probably take the upfront payment and run.

And as the owners user isn't on the default trust list he can't make sure
scammers get their red trust, he can only hope someone else helps him,
and for that he'll have to provide details and proof about exactly what
happened, just a big hassle.

And the website is slow and horrible on a smartphone. But primedice campaign is dead for members and full. So there is some room for others. I will give it a try.
