I agree with your opinion, because we know in bittrex and in poloniex there are many great investors gathered there. so most likely its price could be higher than the price of the ICO now

I think cryptopia will be the first one to add this token followed by bittrex. Bittrex/polo will be best because it will somewhat increase coin value

Bittrex and Poloniex, no matter where they started the exchange, I think Bittrex would be a lot easier than registering on Poloniex exchange, because. If the Exscudo is based on the ETH token and there may be a rejection from the Poloniex team, to register it on Poloniex exchange, they refuse the ETH-compliant tokens, so I think Exscudo is not ETH based, so it will probably be available on Poloniex and Bittrex exchanges ..

They have obviously read them but are not responding. If I get any response I will post back but as of now no response. No response is usually bad news.

I think you should wait for a few more hours. Have your transaction been confirmed by miners yet? Just wait for at least 1 confirmation. Remember to set a affordable fee
