Lol, of course, nobody thought that after te extra distribution the EON coins will sell for 0.0002 BTC. But this won't mean it's a dump, just a different tarting price, as everyone bought for tha price. The only thing that could cause some dump is the different bounty campaigns, but it's the same for every ico.

True from the beginning the exchanger became the focus of exscudo even they put the exchanger in the first order of their plans
Another feature is the option of  trading on margin so I'm not sure they're thinking about another exhcnager.
