EON coins will be traded on the Exscudo exchange. We also don't (and cannot) forbid any other exchanges to list EON once the blockchain goes live. The test net will start in about 2 weeks after the end of the ICO.

Any exchange will be able to list EON coins after the blockchain is launched. They just need to create a wallet, like with most other currencies. We don't see here any troubles.
