Escudo is very nice and very safe,
Especially in the financial ecosystem consisting of 6 products working together.
I like this project.

Hi Folks - first time ICO participant here and did a big mistake. I have sent BTC for the ICO directly from GDAX and seems like that is a big no. How can I rectify this?

How can GDAX help me here and what shall I ask them do to?

How can Exscudo help?

That shouldn't have been an issue, providing you paid through your exscudo account (Unless gdax sent it with a shitty low tx fee in which case it probably moved too slow and then you could have potentially timed out from the ICO)

I can see the BTC transferred from GDAX in my Exscudo account. My understanding is, Exscudo will send EONs back to the GDAX address where BTC had come from and GDAX cannot identify who to send the EONS to. Is that not right? Newbie here...so my understanding of how this works is vague ...I havent read anywhere on the Exscudo web site that I should not be sending funds from exchange etc....

Hi,
Here is an interview on exscodo-https://www.investitin.com/exscudo/. I hope it helps.
Good interview and I like this part Exscudo is not just an exchange, it an integrated financial services provider. In this context, it would be more appropriate to speak about competitors if we take single Exscudo products a stand-alone products.
Anyway it's funny the site has just 24 likes, it definitely deserves more  Wink

He's fine. While it IS a rule of thumb to not send from exchanges, that's only applicable to specific tokens usually ones that are distributed via Ethereum smart contract.

So, since I didn't speak this crypto language even last year, I'll try to explain.

EON will have it's own chain, so it's it's own asset with it's own addresses.

An erc20 token (which is just tokens following certain math protocol, as outlined in Ethereum request for comments, topic 20...i think) can be sent to any ether address, and gets stored on a special smart co tract associated with said address.

SO, if you're participating in an erc20 ICO like Lunyr was, then you can only send Ether, and it can only be from an address you control because the deposit goes into a smart contract address which, when completed, automatically sends the proportionate amount of tokens BACK to the address which deposited ether.

So, to summarize, any ICO that accepts multiple tokens even just btc and eth likely isn't a smart contract style where it auto sends back.

If you see Eth only as the deposit token, it probably is a smart contract deploy style and you'll want to be sure you control the address.

Too many people today say NEVER DEPOSIT FROM AN EXCHANGE yet don't explain why...now you should understand why you CAN, and why you CAN'T

^^^also I forgot to mention, like the dude said, you will 9/10 times if it's ETH smart contract deployment of tokens see it say "DO NOT SEND ANY ETHER FROM AN EXCHANGE!"

A nice update from you dev, thanks for giving a statement about this calculation, hopefully there is a recent update on the distribution of funds and there is no obstacle in this case, in order to quickly the month ... Wink

I sent BTC from my Polo account to Exscudo Dashboard during the ICO and it transferred perfectly fine from what I can see. It shows the BTC amount and EON amount. So is there an issue there that I might face later? Still don't completely understand if I did something wrong? Thanks

There shouldn't be an issue as far as we all know, because your EON shows up in your dashboard; meaning when the time comes it should be able to be withdrawn from there.  It isn't a btc/eth airdrop/ico token so regardless of where you sent from it shouldn't be an issue (also keep in mind they had an option to pay using shapeshift or was it changelly?)

How many EON coins do you actually get?

The first 10 days of the ICO are almost over. Exscudo has passed the minimum threshold of 1000 BTC and is rushing forward. Now only 3 hours are left to buy EON coins and get a 5% bonus!

But how many EON coins can you actually get? In the event that not coins are sold during the ICO, 50% of the remaining coins will be distributed among the investors. Here is how you can estimate how many coins you may have at the end of the ICO:

https://gallery.mailchimp.com/e6d63ffa83c0478eab65bbdac/images/e5a9923d-d3f5-47c2-a948-2345ba47ffde.png

At the current moment, the X-index is displayed on the ICO page and is 13.7. This means that if the ICO ended today, people that have bought 1000 EON coins would have 13700 coins.

https://gallery.mailchimp.com/e6d63ffa83c0478eab65bbdac/images/edac0bd5-dbc5-40e2-bc4f-00c03d3a2dbc.png

Hurry up to secure your bonus coins! And don’t forget that investors also get 50% of the unsold coins at the end of the ICO.

Hope all targets are met and EON coin gets listed on all exchanges.  Grin

Hello,
As per twitter post all stakes have been updated. However I still cannot see the Facebook stakes.

Thanks a lot - Zechis966. You made my day. Learnt a very big lesson today. So seems like as long as the BTC contriubtions are showing up in my.excudo.com web site, we are safe.

Question (may be to exscudo team):  How will we receive EONs? Would they start showing up in my.exscudo.com once the distribution starts and then we need to move them to some EON supporting exchange to trade?

Bounties being done this week, presuming full distribution next week (since multipliers are easy to add)

If it is true and it looks easy, I think they will unleash the official launch in the middle of this month and are ready for EON's launch into exchange, to expand the exchange for EON tokens to keep Dumper prices big, from hunters reward ...
