It looks like the exscudo project is very good, because they have exceeded the limit to achieve the desired target, so I think maybe this is all just waiting for the ICO project is complete, and will bring the success of this project in the future.

lets be fair about 3000BTC is good amount to create something for beginning.
If exchange will have good security then all will pays off over time.
Exchange will have to have some features like bots and stuff like that .
To get on crypto space u need  give something unique IMO.
