investors are very disappointed with team EXSCUDO.
very difficult to do kyc.a lot of trouble.

I was tired,I contacted support but they never reply.

and you are always bullshit and always a postpone.

Did you set or apply your KYC for claim of yours? If yes you did and confirmed, You only need to waiting at your Exscudo Exchange then  connect to EON ID, then there you can go with your balance as directly.

There is indefinite 1- Exscudo and 2- Tezos in the market. It's not clear what the bounty will be.

after more than a year of waiting this is what they've come up?
i can't verify my phone, its say invalid too after all the information put there. i can send drivers license and etc if needed so very much assured that i can pass the kyc as i did even on big exchanges. exscudo is making all these a lot harder and yet no support here are trying to reply whether they'd fix it or not.

Same thing happened to me. It says invalid phone number though everything is correct and checked 100 times. I sent then support request but no reply yet.
Same here i also tried som many times, submit ticket to support team and also ask on facebook but nobody responce. There is lack of support and miscommunication.

who already received some withdraws?

I thought your question is " Why I not received my coins" Are you sure has sent your tokens to right address? As me know the tokens will be sent as instantly and directly. I believe that is are working as well, since after the market launch team has do some testing. If you still see your tokens, go to send some ticket or get helps at telegram community.

I'm starting to be a bit skeptic. Whole year of a work and the site looks like I'm able to code it within a week. Really nothing where you can see the job done.
Verification doesn't work for most people and waiting for simple fix is like never ending.

All this remains me in bad mood with loosing trust into the team and their professionalism.

But I'm still optimistic and hope once we will see a working product, who knows...

What did you expect from the team? The whole year the team went to conferences, was spending investors' money on champagne, and when the cents from the ICO were left, they began to scratch their asses!

I was reading the Slack channel about Exscudo.  I learned that there will 5 or 6 coin drop going up to Feb. 2, 2019. I don't understand this. I tried to get on the Slack channel for Exscudo but the invite does not work.  This means that we only get what our initial investment covers. We don't get the multiplier right away.  WE have to wait until the 5 or 6 airdrops. This means that we get our last drop in Feb. 2019?

What about the management?  Do they have to wait for their Eons like the rest of us. Or do they have to wait too.

More importantly, what happened to the 90,000,000 EONs?  Who get it? Does the 90,000,000 EONs be traded right away or does it have to wait like the rest of us?

Remember, there are 240,000,000 Tokens
                                  150,000,000 for the ICO
                                   ------------
                                     90,000,000 EONs left for Who?  Plus, is the 90,000,000 EONs be traded right away while we wait for our tokens on the trading day of May 1, 2018?  Unless, there is another delay.

Try to join the Slack channel.  The Slack channel has the current updates as to whats going on....

Channel, kyc for exschange all is OK I wait 28 for stress test and 31 for mainnet exschange

Not really "all" is Ok. although got KYC verified.

however the Exchange is still not functional. wallets do not work either (can't even click on any of the buttons)

tried to download their client file (for Windows) Main - both Chrome and Firefox browsers block the download, saying it is dangerous (virus or malware)

Exscudo devs why still no update on verification of phone numbers errors dont just keep silent all the time Please update us on whats going on with your super delayed platform there are so many new projects that much better than yours I think 50% of tokens holders will dump this coin.

Read above who have their country name into the list even they are crying about this from last few days but still no solution. You should have to wait for over a month it seems they support section got overload with so many requests and I think they can't handle such a load.

I guess this are due to the lack of platform optimization because we are just on the beggining. I hope the solve them quickly before it becomes a bigger problem.
