By the way Chinese exchanges (Huboi and OKCoin at least) are now significantly higher than Stamp.

Not at all bitstamp is almost on same rate as huobi +- few cents.

It's not a few cents, currently it is 654 and 644. It's not big (anymore), but it is significant, particularly when you consider that this is a reversal to the prior situation.

There seems to be a trend in which we keep approaching that cloud at a lower and lower point and make a closer and closer call to evade it. 

The next time we probably won't make it and will fall underneath it.  We might even fall underneat it right now on a retracement.

It we trended back underneath the cloud would that be bearish?

Bitcoin's collapse will probably just be one big candle straight to 0 - not something gradual that we predict and chart out with TA. Maybe the same with the economy.

You must not understand how trading works. It's all about knowing when to cut your losses, reverse your position, and let your winners run. You can consistently make invalid predictions in advance but still win and change your trading strategy at the last minute if you use the right risk management techniques.

 A perpetually self-damaging frustrated contrived & compromised mind such as Shroom's cannot be reasoned with. The basic trading insight & common sense you continually proffer cannot possibly reach & enlighten the closed, damaged thought routines of such an individual. I wouldn't party with me either. I am too analytical. And bitcoin has destroyed me as a person by causing me stress all the time - even when I am in a winning position my minds is stressed out due to the flood of data I have to keep up which runs 24/7 outside of my control.  I feel like I can never party again until I leave bitcoin.

Why can't you just leave then?   NO need to be engaged in something that causes negative energy.  We each have to find a balance that works for us.

Exactly, the theory about that indicator teach us that when the price (and the other non-displayed lines of the indicators) are under the cloud, we tend to be in a very bearish scenario. Especially in the case of long term view.

In that case, the bullish scenario since the inception is still on the way/validated. Confirmed if we stay over 640 then 720 for the next few weeks.
