I've heard this so many times... We won't see it for at least a week barring some heinous news. We are in the up cycle. I think that's what's meant. Whether or not we ever hit it again... who knows. |

A month or two ago someone on this forum made a post saying that the next bubble phase would begin on August 17th. I made a calendar reminder which I completely forgot about (just for fun) and it just went off a few minutes ago. Who made the post? Are we starting the next bubble phase after capitulation into the 400's?
