Hm?  They are really manipulating..?    I know that they had to reframe some data in recent times.... and surely we have seen all kinds of ways that entities can take advantage of their position in the bitcoin (crypto in this case?) space...  but maybe you are right..   those folks are fucking around with various aspects of the data.   Could be.  Could be.

It's def. a tool that's used for manipulation.
 
I'm quite sure the Glassnode guys at least know their tool will be utilized to paint a certain narrative / use a narrative by big players.  
It could also be easily worse and the Glasnost guys are in on it somehow.

I don't know about this "recession" We have the lowest unimployment rate in a very long time in Sweden, and as I understand it this goes for the rest of the westrn world as well, that's not a recession.

Housing prices are plummeting and inflation is high, but no one is out of a job, this seems to me more like a normal correction in the housing market and a adjustment to a high inflation environment.

The war is also good for the economy, everybody now sees the true face of Russia and is therefore arming up, on top of that all that equipment given to Ukraine has to be replaced by new equipment. And on top of that comes the lend-lease deal, which will give Ukraine spanking new equipment that has to be produced. Remember, all the equipment given to Ukraine so far is outside the lend-lease deal, when that equipment starts to be delivered there will be a torrent of equipment going in to Ukraine not seen since The US sent lend-lease stuff to USSR during WW2.

I am not joking when I say I would consider Sweden for retirement if the US goes completely bonkers (which it seems to be although the country I live in: Texas, might just make it even in spite of the border.)

I mean... Good folks, furniture and car parts stores with restaurants, reasonable gun laws...  It might just be the right spot.

How are the beaches? I assume the Baltic ,and Bothania don't have very frisky waves... then again I am not a surfer really.  Probably better than Galveston, and closer than Padre.

It's the initials of the founder and the first letters of the farm and town he grew up on : Ingvar Kamprad Elmtaryd Agunnaryd.

You could always buy a small house and use it as a second house just to see if you like it, the housing tax, actually a council fee, but the same thing, is reasonable, and capped at  887 USD fo 2022, so that's the most you would have to pay, and then of course utilities but it's all pretty normally priced, electricity is of course up a lot, but that seems to be global. A plus for you is that everybody speaks English.

It seems i have found a remedy against that Chronic Fatigue Pain-In-The-Ass.
Nattokinase, alternating with Lumbrokinase every other day, combined with Red Ginseng. I'm on this for a good week now.
Today i was roofing a house with friends, 8 hours of hard work in glaring sunlight, and i feel really tired, but not exhausted.
This would have sent me to bed after one or two hours,leaving me feeling exhausted and brainfoggy for a few more days. But today there's no brainfog, no muscle twitching/pains, no fatigue, no heart palpitations, no Post Excertional Malaise at all!
I*m feeling fucking great, i finally shaked off that fucking curse that got me for the last 11 years!

When i got a hint that Red Ginseng, combined with the two other enzymes, removed blood clotting and Small Fiber Neuropathy in Long Covid patients, i thought: "Hey, this might work with my postviral fatigue syndrome...", and it did.

When i watched the Bitcoin charts at the end of the day, it turned out to be the cream topping of all  

Now there are only the memory problems left, and that high sensibility to noise and light. I'm sure there's a way i can get rid of that too

It's been a moment.

While observing this depressing price action, I have been busy rebuilding my old lightning node.

I wanted to see if I could become a decent routing node, so I decided to make a fresh start with some proper hardware (NUC Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD), accessible through both Tor and a public IP (opposed to my old Raspberry Pi4 Tor-only old node).

Within 4 weeks I reached a top 100 ranking according to the Terminal rank.



Although I'm no longer a top-100-ranked node (currently ranked 115) I have had some decent activity last week -- 1554 routing events with a total of 408M sats (4.08 btc) transferred. Not bad.

@BobLawblaw There is such a strong demand to send sats your way. Roughly half of my failed HTLC's is through our channel. That's why Ive raised the fees. I have also tried to rebalance our channel, but it has a very low success rate...
