got to test the lows before the choo choo

And how do you expect that choo choo to happen? Based on what?
It's clear nobody is just gonna buy. People are way too afraid at these prices. We've had some huge companies accept Bitcoin. It made the price drop. Or well not directly but it suddenly didn't make it go up. That and then also the slightest hint of negative news and people completely shit their pants and sell. As much as i want the train to leave again i don't see how it will happen. I have the feeling a lot of people think we reached the top and want to get out.

There are 1500 billionaires and 12 million millionaires on this planet.

FACT.

I thought that was pretty interesting. hope y'all do too.

just saying, but the minimum amount of money we are looking at here is $1,500,000,000,000 + $12,000,000,000,000.
I'm sure there must be at least double that accounted for by multi millionaires and multi billionaires.
If these people had just 1% of their money hedged in cryptos, the market cap would probably be between $150,000,000,000 and $300,000,000,000 easily.

I haven't see panic shit crazy since, dec 5th and 17th. Nothing quaked quite like that. It also turned the market FUDBear, didn't matter what it was the news had people on edge. Most of the following news out of China after the Dec 5th statments outlined what is still in place today. They stopped third party processors. They ensured the PBOC makes fees on transfer of the money and sees whose sending it where in the relation to btc exchanges, besides those buying recharge vouchers.

It still holidays in China, people will try and make money however it seems best to. For the last while selling and buying back in cheaper has been the trend but the drops are less wild week by week. I think the Charts across all exchanges show this. I'd say if we hit 770 on stamp today then the bears are coming on hard.. I'd be surprised to see the market try and test 780.

It's still a downtrend, and not that terrible for whoever dumped - theyre only down a few bucks. It's not like we just recovered from 720 to 800, or 380 to 600...

they could dump again, I've just learned that it goes where it wants to go...whatever way that may be. The momentum in oct-dec rally had me seeing bulls everywhere.

I think it would be an interesting experiment for one of the "western" exchanges to offer a 0% trading fee promotion for about a week/month. Amongst other benefits, I believe that in such a scenario the volume of this exchange would exceed quite considerably the chinese exchanges volume. Which naturally raises the following question: why are we following them?

I'm not sure if this is relevant at all. BTCE's fee promotion with fees as low as 0.05%. It might be drastically different if there were actually 0 fees.

Indeed. Probably it is not very relevant considering the month of january saw low volume levels across all exchanges. And apparently BTC-e volume decreased even more in february, after the low trading fee promo dissolved. Unlucky circumstances, maybe?

What pressure?!

490 BTC is no pressure. People are seeing lower prices coming or even only want to convert to fiat without any other motivation than sellout. That's no pressure.
