He is the exchange operator (most if not all of them are corrupt - the exchange operators that is), or the CEO of BTCCHINA. He is responsible for faking all the trades in other words. Just like Mark Karpeles faked trades throughout 2013.

Then paypal announcement came and I sold a lot of it(would be dead by now if I hadn't) . Glad I didn't do this.
