WAIT JUST A DAMN MINUTE. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK HAPPENED WITH LITECOIN???

Indeed.  If I may be allowed to enjoy a little sadistic pleasure, let me point out that if one bought a lot of BTC on 2013-11-27 at ~1200, exchanged them all for LTC on 2015-05-15, went back to BTC today, and sold them immediately for fiat, one would have made about 10% profit.  As if the BTC price was now 1400 instead of 400.

I sold a small part of my stash at $390. Not sure if I should buy back with it...

Heh, I sold some of mine at $399, now I'm just waiting for that dip to buy back. I hope I haven't made the wrong choice. Remember when $350 was an ambitious goal? Man, two months ago seems so far back now.

this is not hyperbole, eventually what has to happen with these bubbles is that people just aren't going to sell which creates more price increase, more speculation more buys and more holders. bitcoin is the ultimate bubble machine, repeat every 6-24 months guaranteed

When I get too old to do everything myself, I hope I'll be in a position to hire and fire my own caregivers, not depend on some gulag for the elderly.

Yes. Not great being locked in a short position you cannot close without the price jumping to 800 dollars

I'm confident that I'll be able to buy back in somewhere in $380s. I don't really stress out about the market, even though it may seem that way to the people that see me check the price every 20 minutes. Right now, I'm just playing with some spare money, and even though it hurts when I lose money... I'm glad to have been part of it. The experience is what really matters to me ^{(and the money, that matters about as much)}
