I learned a new word today, 'bretards'. Too bad they won, at least for the bretards, but also for the rest of Europe. On the plus side, chaos is good for bitcoin, so meh.

The only bad thing is that there are no referendums in the rest of europe. If they were, half the countries would bail instantly.

I disagree, however for Greece it's a different matter intirely. You guys are screwed over royally by the EU and friends.

Euroskepticism is hitting all-time highs, in multiple (very populated) countries: http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36471989

If, say, UK, France, Spain go out, that's like >160 million people.

[sarcasm] I think we should cut the internet cable from Brittain to the mainland. If they want to do their own thing well let them. They've always been America's spy in Europe anyway. Just let them surf their own internet together with the Muricans, and we will have ours. Sure, it will be hard to get Bitcoins from one side of the pond to the other, but at least the Brittons won't be confronted with the horrors of those 'other cultures' they grew to hate when trying to colonize them.[/sarcasm]

Might be good for Bitcoin in the short run, but in the long run a degredation of economies isn't good for anyone.

I wish. The British have weapons and technology https://youtu.be/mOK0KRnoOgI?t=125
All we have is love Sad
Hahahaha

I guess that would be one way that they could potentially remain connected to the internet, but even if we cut them off I'm sure they'd find some way to skirt around our attempts and still maintain connectivity.

Personally the referendum was great to watch, and I had fun watching the emotional rollercoaster that was the brexit. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

You have a vivid imagination...

Scotland is leaving and joining back in the EU ... Northern Ireland as well. And there was talk of London being an independent state since they voted to remain as well. ( Epic LoL )

And there is already talk of some kind of consequences/sanctions for England to discourage anyone else to leave. This divorce ain't over son! .. And that scott prime-minister was a feisty one! The dragon lady in red.

That is some next level Rapunzel/Disney Scotland Warrior Princess F'ed up sh!t!!!

>in my own country
Which country's that?

How much are you willing to pay?

Why would I pay to learn which depressing third-world ghetto you live in?

If you are a whale you can f**k everything up! ... That would be in my disadvantage! ... Meaning, some kind of compensation like at least 1-5 BTCitcoins for that information would be required.

I assume you are romanian : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1407947.msg15193149#msg15193149

If, say, UK, France, Spain go out, that's like >160 million people.

Some of the Italians want out, you can add them to your list of possible exits. Add on some Nordic countries that have been discussing it and that's like >200 or >300 million people. There are worries the Brexit could start a chaotic domino effect, which could be good for Bitcoin.

And there is already talk of some kind of consequences/sanctions for England to discourage anyone else to leave.

It would be hubris of them to engage in petty, punitive measures against Britain. These cut both ways remember, and the EU itself is in no healthy state to wage such a conflict, not to mention that it reinforces their image of rule by coercion which has dealt them so much damage.

And lol at talk of London seceding. I'll help them rebuild their medieval wall...
