this boom cycle wasn't anything like the one from april, or the one from 2011 (at least from what i hear). it's insane how it exploded and has been stabilized for a week. then again, isn't that the requisite for the point of singularity?

Be cheerful guys, we just came out from a parabolic growth phase unharmed and without a bear market following a pop. On the contrary, we resumed a healthy upswing at a sustainable pace.

Now we need the infrastructure to catch up. Bitstamp and Gox cannot manage world exposure. I never thought I would say this, but best thing would be a big player buying Gox to build a serious and solid exchange.

Calling WU.

Western Union? It would be so good. Karpeles all set for life (and his kids and the kids of his kids), and finally a serious and liquid exchange that can manage this insane exponential growth we are witnessing.

I am thinking about those who are doing arbitrage on BTCChina will laugh now. They don't need to worry about transferring CNY out of China any more. Now BTCChina < Bitstamp < Mt.Gox. They can do the arbitrage in the other way now.

Perhaps he just needs to sell. Stamps liquidity is so friggin anemic that I just quit today's selling plan without selling any coins. I am not the only one willing to sell at these prices.

The selling plan you have outlined numerous times on this forum, doesn't include selling at Bitstamp at $925.

That was the buying plan, lol.

When have I denied that I work for several different companies, managing their (and even their customers') accounts?

Congrats for getting out of ignore Smiley

Ugh, of all things, Western Union? Are your heads on straight? We are the competition to WU.

No, what we need is a trusted name in forex, a traditional trading platform that does trillions in exchange a year. I'm thinking Oanda.

STAMP:

9k coins to $1k
5k coins from $1k to $8k

All the newborn millionaires want to cash out at $1k

They do not realize that we will go up to 5 digits like a hot knife through butter once that the $1k resistance is broken.

At this point I sort of feel like converting to USD is as useful as converting to dirt. I think anyone still holding at $1k+ has already "cashed out" of fiat.

i'm thinking these young guys who don't have that much money or assets (outside of bitcoin) might cash out to buy a little something for themselves. hell, there's even that party in frankfurt, where it seems like hundreds of people will cash out at least 1 BTC.. that's bound to have some sort of effect.

p.s. i'm whoring myself out for your primedice  Grin
