I think you need to beat Bowser at the castle to get to level 2. There might be a shortcut.

There hasn't been a confirmed international transfer to the US since June 2013. EU transfers are once a month and also has transfer problems. JPY is rather quickly but also heard of problems.

Yeah, I was excited because I just got my withdrawal limit bumped to $100,000 USD/day. Now I hear that ¥JPY withdrawals are also slowed way down. Can't win...
