the Sunday evening wall report Bitcoin down 0.26% on the week, closing at $20.8kish after a strong recovery back over $20k. Intra-day trading showing some consolidation as the new weekly candle lights off. Increasing volatility expected as the legacy week begins. It was a good week with a nice bounce back. Stand tall. dyor 4h D W stronghands ------- Black...

#haikuSundayPastels? What the heck? Takes hours to write a haiku. Aint got time for this. Wow!!!!! That's really nice........ .. .. not that I understand the contents.. but still.. I'll keep wearing it for a few months or years into the future while it still looks normal.
It doesn't. I think that you are reading Dabs too literally...and he is making a good point in regards to something you can control (to wear a mask and no one really bats an eye) or to be subjected to cameras at almost every corner.. while at the same time, policing/governmental forces (authorities) seem to be ready, willing and able to access such camera data without even notifying the owner of the cameras.. and maybe even it is questionable if they have just cause (probable cause) or even reasonable suspicion that any crime (and there are levels of crimes, too) has been committed (or might be committed in the future.. which is holy fucking shit kind of bullshit that should bother you also Richy_T..) , and the wearing of masks can bring some safeguards, even though having so many god-damned other ways of tracking folks, wearing a mask in itself may not be enough to really bring back meaningful/substantial privacies) It's a crazy (do they say clown?) world.....

Hi WO brethren, It's been a moment. While observing this depressing price action, I have been busy rebuilding my old lightning node. I wanted to see if I could become a decent routing node, so I decided to make a fresh start with some proper hardware (NUC Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD), accessible through both Tor and a public IP (opposed to my old Raspberry Pi4 Tor-only old node). Within 4 weeks I reached a top 100 ranking according to the Terminal rank. Although I'm no longer a top-100-ranked node (currently ranked 115) I have had some decent activity last week -- 1554 routing events with a total of 408M sats (4.08 btc) transferred. Not bad. *edit @BobLawblaw There is such a strong demand to send sats your way. Roughly half of my failed HTLC's is through our channel. That's why Ive raised the fees. I have also tried to rebalance our channel, but it has a very low success rate...
Another unrelated thing to Lightning -- I just celebrated 10 years as a bitcoiner. Looking throuh my email history, I came across this from 2012/07/13 Kapiton was the first BTC-exchange in Sweden, started in 2011 but defunct since 2013 (tragic story where owner commited suicide). Anyway, happy 10-year anniversity to myself. Yay. I actually read somewhere that he (the Kapiton guy) died while trying to upload himself to the internet. Probably not true. https://www.fatherly.com/entertainment/tron-40-year-anniversary-disney

You are correct. Looking back, I think I had my train of thought interrupted while reading Dabs' post and took the final paragraph on its own. which is holy fucking shit kind of bullshit that should bother you also Richy_T..)
Indeed it does. Interestingly, I am on a discord server and people were concerned about cameras transmitting data through Chinese controlled servers. However, when I brought up the Ring thing, they were OK with it. Apparently surveilance from people who are a lot closer to you and have the ability to come to your door and inflict violence against you is less concerning.

It's still Sunday here. I'd better write a haiku Before it's too late.
Still going sideways. We hodlers don't give a fuck. Up and down... who cares?
We enjoy living Happily ever after, Grateful for Bitcoin.
I have a wee bit of an issue with your middle portion.... even though there may well be a certain amount of technical truth to the fact of being in profits is merely a matter of degree.. sure you might feel more in the don't give a fuck angle because I am speculating that your BTC are like sub $100 on average.. maybe I am wrong.. somewhat.. so in that regard, there is like 200x in profits... but someone like me only has around 20x in profits (since I like to theoretically characterize my BTC costs as $1k-ish per BTC).. I do have tools tentative formulas to deal with relatively lower prices when measured in reference to the 200-week moving average, so in that regard, it seems that I am currently preferring BTC prices that are 12% higher or more than the 200-week moving average.. I am still working out my formulas.. and sure maybe at some point, I might be able to more psychologically transition myself into a not giving a fuck kind of perspective.. and maybe even use the 300-week moving average instead (or some other measurement) to make it easier to not give a fuck, even when the BTC price had spiked as low as 20% below the 200-week moving average but also staying 10% to 15% below the 200-week moving average for the best part of a month, so far, even though in the past 12 hours or so, it does appear that we are getting closer and closer to 200-week moving average parity with BTC spot price. .. it just still seems a bit on shaky grounds.. . Even in 2015 our spot price spent close to 8 months right around the 200-week moving average . but in 2015 BTC spot price was also mostly above the 200-week moving average.. even though it did have a couple of fairly short-lived spikes below the 200-week moving average... it could be true that overall we may end up having to move off of the 200-week moving average as our bottom indicator.. but just like I am still reluctant to pronounce stock to flow as dead, I am also reluctant to give up on the 200-week moving average as a potentially reasonable bottom guide... fix (tweak) my tentative formulas? perhaps? perhaps? buddy been blocked and been ignored.
You posted the same five days ago. Memory going? Philip Ma is a bot's bot. You must not know nuttin. What is crypto and it's markets? Does it relate to king daddy or to my lil precious in any kind of meaningful/relevant way?
I can explain it in a real Simple way actually its a Meme 🤣 ( You Know,,, i know that ) Meme is created by Asian member so our community of Asia has just basic knowledge about English the point is its accent error so Crypto markets means the different crypto currencies Related to the BTC as well. I tried my best to explain with my poor English lets see what's coming up next You are responsible for your own posts.. not some random asian member of "our" community. In other words fuck crypto and shitcoins.. unless you are making a certain point, remember the topic of this thread? helrow? [edited out]
When I'm rich I'm definitely melting stuff including gold, though. I'm fascinated by the videos of people doing it. And building a bunker for armageddon could also be something fun to do. Doubling as a wine cellar and home theater of course (with good insulation, that way you can watch movies/series/games without disturbing anyone). I suppose that with enough money, there can be quite a few ways to build nice and useful Armageddon bunkers.. so maybe on the outside they might appear somewhat modest but then have a lot of scheme behind them - part of the difficulties, of course, would be that luxury does likely want to have indoor and outdoor space.. so not really easy to hide - and likely if Armageddon really comes, there are going to be normies wanting to plunder... Armageddon does not seem fun no matter how it is framed, and some of the protests around the world are really seeming to show that there might be no where to hide.. if the imbalances are not really figured out how to make sure the masses are sufficiently happy.. and maybe they are not any worse than historical disruptions and we are ONLY seeing more images in recent times because media (the internet through normies) is getting to all nooks and crannies of the world.. and even if some countries might have historically had city wide protests, they might devolve into country-wide protests causing no one to really be safe.

That Saudi guy isn't great but his death toll is much less than Putin's. Also I'm not sure why you're picking on Biden, all US presidents have loved the Saudis for about a century now. Trump wasn't shy about it.
What are you blabbering about? US invaded Ukraine in 2014 by funding, organizing, and performing military coup. In the next 7 years until 2021 the military junta in Kiev, supported by the criminal regimes in Washington and London, in Eastern Ukraine alone killed 14 000 civilians including 150 children. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alley_of_AngelsYou mean the Russians in Eastern Ukraine didn't fire a single shot ? How come Ukraine didn't take back control, then ? There is no military junta in Kiev, get a grip. Putin killed 60000 in Chechnya. Putin killed at least 20000 in Syria. Putin is killing thousands in Mali right now. Ukraine didn't invade any part of Russia, so any death since 2014 is on Putin too. Everywhere Putin takes control, there are all kinds of abuses, rapes, torture, disappearances. Does everywhere the US and the west "takes control" as they have done, numerous times, not have deaths, abuses, rapes, torture and disappearances? and btw, even with what you listed, is still far less than what Saudis are doing in Yemen.. which also pales in comparison to the death and destruction caused by the USA and the allies... in the past 30 years alone. The Ukraine was indeed subject to a coup in 2014, and denying this, is gaslighting, and dishonest, or you are very much out of touch. There was no military coup. Even if I go your way and call it a civil war, why is Russia taking part in a civil war ? Isn't it what you're reproaching Saudi Arabia of doing in Yemen ? So, which is it ? Personally I'm against both wars. Why did Russia take Crimea from Ukraine ? Why is it trying to take over Ukraine entirely ? And don't talk about NATO, NATO hasn't taken land anywhere. Some of NATO's wars are dubious, but at the end, the land is still in the hands of the native people. Russia TAKES LAND. I thought people here cared about property rights ? You really are out of touch if you do not understand , there very much was a coup, you keep adding the word "military" to the word coup. There was a coup, and anyone serious about the topic knows this to be the case, what happened in Maidan was NOT ORGANIC. IT WAS ORGANISED ! The end goal was REGIME CHANGE and INSTALLATION OF A PUPPET REGIME , IN WHICH THEY SUCEEDED. Obamas administration "brokered a power deal" there, none of it was organic. I have clearly stated I do not support either war, why try and put words in my mouth? The reason why Russia is involved in the Ukraine, now, is very much the same reason that the United States would be involved in lets say Mexico, if the Russians orchestrated a coup there, and installed a puppet government. Ukraine is in Russia's sphere of influence. The entire Ukraine and Russia issue is too much to go into here, but that basically sums it up. You are wrong about NATO encroachment, as is obvious by the NATO expansion over the years along the Russian front, and by the minsk accord fiasco. Not to mention the battle of the "nuclear defence shields" in Europe, and Nato claiming they have no offensive capability is just not true. Both Russia and NATO/USA/ALLIES have been ramping up the entire arena for decades now... this is not an opinion, it is just a sound fact. Takes two to tango, and they are both tangoing.... no getting away from that. None of it is good. Being objective, the west is no angel, and pretending it is so is kinda daft, when the past 30 years alone, tells its own story.... Fact is the unipolar world, has already been shuffled, times have changed, it is not 1990 anymore.... and our politicians and tptb have , as usual, done a super crappy job. ps, I never said Zelensky was in power in 2014. pps, they had an election yes, how democratic it was in reality, I would not like to guess, yes, maybe as reliable as the Russian elections. However, the point still stands, Ukraine does not behave like a democratic state either, they pretend when it suits them. Also, Zelensky, does not have a good track record, and has certainly not treated the press there as a democratic leader would ,anymore than Putin has. Annnnnnnd, the answer to "Ukraine is hardly a democracy, and does not behave like a democratic state" is not "Russia", two separate issues. The US also attempted the same scenario in Belarus, which eventually failed with Lukashenko remaining in power. Similar thing happened in Moldova I guess, but they managed to do it in a more civilized way (no killings, no armed coup etc). Anyway, the pro-Russian ex-president is facing some criminal charges there now I guess. Now they are focusing on Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and some other countries in the East.

No particular order. Cell Phones unless you put them in a faraday shield. Smart tvs alexia siri ring is endless camera and sound surveillance. I am stuck using ring 💍 due to my vascular dementia afflicted bro-in-law I do not like all the surveillances in the USA. Driving to my bro-in-law at 9:45 pm on a four lane empty road I got a ticket for driving 36 mph in a school zone speed 25. Problem is all NewYorkCity is now a school zone and if a speeding camera catches you doing 11 miles about the 25 mph you get a 50 dollar ticket. this is in effect from 5am to 10 am every day of the week. Soon to be in effect 24/7/365 so yeah big bro is watching.

A lot of people declaring victory over the bear market already. We're still definitely not in celebrating territory in my opinion, but we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Overall strength in the stock market and crypto market seems to show that investors believe the worst is behind us and they very well may be correct. There's just the mtgox hurdle and the eth2.0 unlock left and we'll be back to clear skies in the forecast. I'd still be slowly buying in here and not going all or nothing.
