What is scary is this is where they are working to take Canada, the Netherlands, the US and the UK, along with all the rest. It is very disheartening to watch it happen and see so few understand. There’s a level of admiration I actually have for China, because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime and saying ‘We need to go greenest fastest, we need to start, you know, investing in solar. There is a flexibility that I know Stephen Harper must dream about of having a dictatorship that he can do everything he wanted, that I find quite interesting.

Good riddance! Paper hands Musk doesn't deserve to own BTC, get back to shilling your shitcoins you fuck... I thought as well what his intentions could be when acquiring the bitcoins but his act is just an onset to fortune on the bitcoin price as the bull run just begins, he will later regret his decision.

They sold at the dip and the sell off didn't affect the price of Bitcoin much weak hand leaving the market for the strong hands. Bitcoin have just bounced up and reclaim above the 200 WMA and if it follows the previous market cycle patterns after touching or dipping a bit below the 200MA, this is a good sign for Bitcoin and the entire Crypto market. This will make the next run up past 29k just a little bit sweeter.

The news that Tesla sold 75% of their BTC is pretty big. Everyone assumed it was leveraged companies being liquidated that was behind the recent fall in price, but now you can see Elon dumped nearly a billion dollars worth on the market as well. That actually makes me feel pretty good about the state of the market. This means that we just digested a bigger selloff then will happen with the mtgox funds and it also opens the door to Tesla being willing to accept BTC again to replenish their stash now that it's been depleted. We're starting to see a build up of potentially positive market factors and the hurdles that remain are fewer and fewer.

Good riddance! Paper hands Musk doesn't deserve to own BTC, get back to shilling your shitcoins you fuck... Don't Tesla still hold 7000+ BTC? I wonder if they will buy back before or around 29K again... I also wonder how many BTC Elon now owns personally.

This would probably be better news for the market. Elon said that Tesla would start accepting again once it was shown to not be so harmful for the environment, and I believe that's been demonstrated beyond his requirements. Elon also said that Tesla would pump but they would never dump, and then he dumped nearly a billion dollars worth of BTC on the market, so you can take what he says with a grain of salt. I do hope this ends up being a positive somehow though.

Once the shaky hands stop panicking, we will see something amazing happen with Bitcoin.

It would be interesting if they did "trade" .... could make sense at that size tbh.... be interested to see their next couple of quarters accounts. One snag with accepting BTC for Teslas, is, why would most people effectively sell BTC for a mass production car that, as with most cars, will end up on a scrap heap. I personally always thought the most likely reason Tesla stopped accepting BTC was because they had hardly anyone willing to buy a tesla with their BTC, but who knows.

I am not so sure they want to do that.

Elon Musk went into a deal and tried to back out with a lame excuse. That does not sound like a winning case. But Twitter does have a lot to lose.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Holding "planet destroying" Bitcoin not compatible with Elon selling poorly QCed cars to people who think they are saving the planet.

ICYMI People like pictures too! 1.26Billion --> 218 million is an ~82% haircut. Coincidentally the price dropped after the end of Tesla's Q1 I'm curious *when* they sold it.
Would be interesting if he sold it to himself at a loss... that would give him cheap coins at the expense of Tesla and their shareholders....

I refuse to buy a new car until 0.1 BTC covers it fully after tax. Most likely it won't be a Tesla considering their prices are only going up whilst the rest of the car industry are catching up and making more interesting cars with less harsh suspension.

Did he even mean to say that? I mean, the guy does not know what he is doing or saying most of the time. Or was he referring to the melanomas he had removed? Yup... Kamala is not exactly popular even within the party, nor with the public. The problem the Dems have got, and why they ended up with the dodgy old retard, is because he is one of the few candidates that had any real "brand awareness" Buttigieg is another clown... I mean, christ, Gabbard would better pick imo, at least she can sometimes talk a little common sense/show some moral fibre.... but you know, its the case of the shiniest turd tbh. Same with the UK at the moment.... no leaders, just a bunch of career politicians, who are talentless twats. Much like the situation in the UK .... the dems just simply do not have any leaders of any calibre, or even a decent spokesman.
