I'l give you a recipe: Mix 1 pound/300ml of Mongolian/Kazzak milk kefir with 1000mg bioflavonoid rich vitamin C, with 100-200mg of Magnesium Carbonate, a tip of a spoon of ground up shrooms or you can put like a whole gram if you feel like you don't want to go out of the house and enjoy a whiskey at the fire after. You can also add C60 to that if you have it ready a week prior soaked in 40%+ fat sour cream. (just a spoon would do it)  Also you can mix that with frozen fruits in a blender and sweeten it with some forest fruit syrup.    

Also you can chop up small pieces of dark chocolate 90%, no bigger then peppercorn seeds and no smaller then mustard seeds, just like 2 spoons of that for the caffeine boost that dark chocolate has.      

Disclaimer: Do not plan on cooking or using sharp objects after you take any of this. You will bleed in a horrifying way if you cut yourself. But if you do cut yourself, take fast like 20 pills of 1mg D3 that's like 20000 UI. It will help with clotting and maybe stand in the sun, also putting some cold coconut oil or some sterile lard will also help while standing in the Sun, it will seal the wound.
