It rises a notch.
Lower species watch and drool.
They now understand.

They joked and they laughed,
When instead they should have bought.
Who's laughing now, huh?

Some mined for the lulz,
Then forgot to keep the keys,
Or lost their hard drives.

Well, they did their part,
By distributing their coins,
To the rest of us.

A great invention!
Thermodynamics at work!
Universal wealth!

It's there in the code.
It happens every two weeks,
Keeping the balance.

So, reader, listen!
Even if you don't get it,
Go buy some corn NOW!

Would rather buy BTC then corn. Nice poem BTW. You wrote it?  Smiley

Seems like $26,000 is the new steady-state price... For how long? "Please, Bitcoin, do something!" etc., etc.

It always locks on round numbers. Must be human psychology. Would be interesting to see the price lock at $26,450 for a change. Or, even better, lock at $264,500.

(Most) folks just tend to be drawn to simplicity.
I confess, me too. "Buy and hodl" is my favourite  Cheesy

Back in the early days, I used to set limit prices based on the digits of Pi or other math constant. Like $314.159. It was fun to spot the transaction as it went through in the order book. Now I just do round numbers like the rest of us.

PS: This could even be an OPSEC issue I guess (but I bet there are many more OCD types out there)...

What do you guys think will happen? Will it hit 35k by the end of 2023 or it go down 25k? Waiting a lot for the outcome.

At exactly 23:59 and 59 seconds GMT on the 31st of December 2023 a horse in Norfolk, UK will fart and the BTC price will be $32,543.94

Twenty six is not
New twenty nine. All will change
In upcoming fall. Soon in the autumn.

Predicting the price
Of bitcoin is so easy,
One is always one.

Green logs with spruce scent
Promise us a bullish joy.
Take a sniff of it!

Feel free to vote in this poll & let your opinion be known on a topic that concerns WO:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5464370.0

I just noticed now. Do you know what happened unexpectedly? The accounts of those who like to copy posts from Twitter disappeared from the topic all at the same time. It seems that someone really didn't like the fact that this began to be discussed publicly. Or are they all on the weekend at the same time?

As a matter of fact it means jack shit this time around just like Nutildah's effort to disable Merit in WO
Do I care? Roll Eyes I just do what I want to do.

I guess we can only speculate on this but in the end I still feel that it will be more than $35k especially like my previous post the halving is still one of the benchmarks for the eventual increase of bitcoin so my hopes are high this year.

I have also noticed that and I think that those guys disappeared only to hide themselves for sometime so that they can reappear when the situation gets better. Only because of them there is a discussion going on to completely disable the merit system on WO thread. They all should completely eliminate their habit of posting those memes to get merits.

Nutildah's stance is to stop those members from getting merits in this thread who aren't putting much effort in creating good posts, and they are just posting meme images created by someone else only to gain some merits from the members of this thread who are much generous by nature.

Have you seen the absolute trash posts and then you see like some el dude or some other old grumpy dude meriting that post? Not that i care about those at all but i care that they do not want Newbies to get Merits. They childish i can you cant mentality is really stupid and is ruining WO since the start of their presence. Have you paid attention to the posts of "Legendaries" ?
