At this point I wanted an opportunity to buy the dip but oh well.
well I got solid dip, but I do not like people saying things are good. If and when the correction ends ($101,000 does the trick) I will have some sense of relief. Til we get there things are merely meh at this time. I moved about .275 btc out of PayPal leaving a mere 0.032 coins in the account. Took a few days with many fuck you wait longer moves on the part of PayPal. this was the most dip I purchased in a few years. Nice. I'd also go for a quarter coin at least but just moving the money to an exchange has consequences I don't like (reporting) so buying a quick dip isn't easy, I have to decide it's worth it first.

I want a decent amount of coin with a fully tracked and traced background. now if btc were to moonshot to a million in two or three years. I have an easy to sell piece of corn.

In my country you're supposed to declare everything you own, and every operation, with a reflection on your total assets.
So for example you'd need to say you have 1BTC on exchange X, 1BTC on exchange Y, 2BTC self custody.
Total value, total purchase price. When you sell, you have to compute the capital gains, the change in value. If you mine it's even more complicated, if you have tons of altcoins it's a total nightmare.

With that system I would only own bitcoin plus stock and bond index funds. What a nightmare...however, maybe they compensate by not having any cap gains after a year or so.

Sorry, they will not track your sending to your own wallet. Everytime you send it back to the exchange you originally send it from, it would come out as a send from an "unknown wallet". That said, of course you could prove it by having detailed records of comings and goings.

I feel more like one day a lot of goverments are gonna start to give free "bleach" of the money in crypto for a short frame of time so they enter a ton of money into the economy and only by 1% of tax or less.
That happens with normal money in some countries with high levels of black markets and black market of currencies, so i feel like is gonna happen in the future with BTC. That can be the good oportunitie to make the move.

This is quite possible. In US, there is a law introduced that proposes the ability to pay taxes with bitcoin (with no cap gains applied). No movement on this legislation yet, though.

Wall Street Playbook: 1. Shake the Bitcoin market, send it down by attacking MSTR, Strike etc. 2. Wait for the bottom of the following "crash" 3. Start a Bitcoin ETF (sort of) https://cryptoslate.com/jpmorgan-opens-leveraged-bitcoin-access-to-retail-while-closing-crypto-ceos-account/Disclaimer: TLDR EDIT: Finally had the time to read it. Basically, JPM likes their clients to risk their crypto for Paper-Bitcoin and files matching products at the SEC, right after throwing out Mallers. Never forget: NYKNYC!

Can bots exhibit Dunning-Kruger effects?
In some ways, I think AI basically is the digital version of Dunning Kruger. But it doesn't tend to be arrogant, nor is it slow to correct itself once it knows it's wrong.

This is a very important part otherwise a law for paying taxes is dumb if the paying itself is a taxable event.

Yes, bots can also show some Dunning-Kruger-type behavior, but it is not like humans, but rather due to bad data or wrong prompts. Bots do not make mistakes on their own, but when they have limited data or bad training, they give overconfident answers. You can call this the Ai-version of Dunning-Kruger. That is, less data, more confidence.

FYI: In US taxable trading accounts (irrelevant for bitcoin): the last day to sell at a loss and re-buy before the end of the year (no wash sale) is this Fri, Nov 28. Markets would close at 1pm eastern, though.
In btc, wash sale rules are still not in effect, so you can do it pretty much anytime in 2025, but i suggest caution in 2026 because there was a legislation introduced that gets rid of this.
