I'm wondering if it's my fault that the WO has disintegrated so much? I have a guilty conscious, so I might as well take the blame.

I think it's because I took off my hat so I put it over there so I got to go clean up the room a little bit and find it and when I do I'll put it back on but until then I present you with this in the hopes that we can make the wall observer.... Great again.

Maybe greater than ever before!

(this will require no wars or no secret files or bribes. Although rumor has it, we may end up with an island soon.  But I think most of what will go on there will be gay, so...)

This is not my hat.

Iran Imposes Crypto and Yuan Tolls
 on Strait of Hormuz Shipping

.....

In place of open transit, Iran has created a controlled corridor near Larak Island. Ships now move through Iranian waters under the direct supervision of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Only approved vessels are allowed through, while others are turned back or left waiting.

Fees Set at Barrel Level, Paid in Yuan or Crypto
Iran is now charging tolls for passage. For oil tankers, negotiations typically start at around $1 per barrel. A very large crude carrier can hold up to 2 million barrels, putting a single transit cost near $2 million.

...

They Hit Amazon servers there yestarday.

This is one dynamic that makes me nervous (and just completely ignoring all the other thousands of current dynamics that make me nervous).

If the United States is okay with unwinding the dollar hegemony and we see this kind of thing where Iran says, pay us in the yuan or in "crypto".  This adds a little spice to the whole thing, doesn't it?  And we are seeing the acid test of Bitcoin (and the other garbage) being a fabulous valve through which value can flow for countries that are currently sanctioned or somehow under the thumb of someone else.

At least for the US and probably much of who used to be our allies in the West would see this as more on the "dark" side.  Kind of fitting the "Bitcoin is for criminals" narrative.

But, on the other hand, I think much of the world is waking up to the fact that the people who run the central banks are the actual criminals.  As well as the monsters who rape and kill, (like October 7th), or bomb girl schools, (the US in Iran).

So it's an interesting development. We are now seeing Satoshi's idea playing out during the biggest show on Earth.

I wonder if when a payment gets made in something other than Bitcoin (or possibly a small handful of other projects like Monero) that the various foundations and developers are called on to unwind such a transaction on the blockchain of something like Solana or some other dog shit.

It's somehow both painful and delightful at the same time to see these things happening and to know how the story ultimately ends.  It's delightful because we saw this years back. It's painful because it's hard to say what's going to happen in the middle.

So, I've been thinking that,.. before the attack, oil and gas from the U.S.
was the most expensive in the world, so they blocked the access of gas
from Europe coming from Russia in several ways,
and so, attacked the Iran, Brent skyrocketed and maybe that was the goal, to sell more and  earn more...(iran are charging tankers and price goes up too) even if it brings problems to the petrodollar. After the closure of Hormuz, the passage of oil tankers there fell by 90%, so it seems to have already achieved a goal.

And  Spain said too... , about Iraq, they helped in Iraq, there was nothing about
nuclear bombs and the situation that the country is in today?

I don't even need to mention Libya, which was bearing a lot of fruits,
despite 20 years in power, everything was going very well there...
Until they talked about getting paid in gold and creating a currency for
Africa backed by gold and oil...

See some of his lines that reinforce what I think,
"
NYTimes: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/09/us/politics/trump-gas-oil-iran.html
Mar 9, 2026>

The president said the U.S. could accompany tankers through the Strait of Hormuz if necessary to keep oil flowing.
"We've already won in many ways, but we haven't won enough,"
 he said."

Trump calls Strait of Hormuz 'something that we don't need'

...
Trump also said that the Strait of Hormuz is “something that we don't need,” arguing that other countries should step in and assist because it affects them more than the U.S.

“I really am demanding that these countries come in and protect their own territory, because it is their territory. It's the place from which they get their energy, and they should come and they should help us protect it,” the president said.

Trump also suggested the U.S. not assist at all.

“You could make the case that maybe we shouldn't be there at all because we don't need it. We have a lot of oil people with the number one producer anywhere in the world,” he said....

Trump tells allies facing high fuel prices to 'get your own oil' from Strait of Hormuz

"The hard part is done," the president said as he urged countries like the United Kingdom to "build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT."

> TRUMP TELLS ALLIES 'GET YOUR OWN OIL': President Donald Trump has urged allies who didn't join the war but are facing fuel shortages to "build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT."
The United States "won’t be there to help you anymore," he said, adding that "Iran has been, essentially, decimated. The hard part is done. Go get your own oil!"

{*}DEATH TOLL: More than 3,000 people have been killed across the Middle East.
In Iran, Israeli and American strikes have killed more than 1,900 people,
according to the country’s deputy health minister. At least 1,200 people
have been killed in Lebanon, and 19 have died in Israel.
Thirteen U.S. service members have been killed, and two more died
of noncombat causes.

-Very interesting now that oil is more expensive and competition has decreased, starting with Venezuela

Take 400 mg of magnesium before going to bed, and this will turn into a full-featured, 3-hour movie.

First thing you'll do after waking up is sell all your Bitcoin for USD and brag about it in WO.

From then on you'll be known as Huerust.

I don't think he did, but if he actually did, I can understand it.

Think about it. How much can one spend in a lifetime?

It may sound absurd and insulting to most of us, but there are those who may fear a proudhon scenario actually happening for real, and may feel the need to convert to fiat, lock profits in and enjoy for the rest of their lives. Of course, we're talking about whale-level coiners (hundreds of coins or more). Anything less, it's still too early.

I wouldn't do it, but can understand it.
