And they'd be singing, bye bye....
drove my chevy.
off off topic
every american should have owned at least one chevy in their life.
just for the sake of that song.
I have never owned a Chevy, but I did own an Oldsmobile Cutlass in my teens. I feel like that was pretty American. I also currently own the most American made truck you can find on the market today (queue the haters but I couldn't resist and had to do it) the
Tesla Cybertruck!

Time travel
CHRYSLER DELMONT -----pale yellow
Oldsmobile Cutless ---------Black
Chevy Nova-----------------------Gold
Oldsmobile -----------------------Gold
Chevy Malibu --------------------green
Oldsmobile Delta 88----------dark carmine
Dodge Aspen---------------------gold
Buick ---------------------------------blue first new car 1999 this was nice care had to sell it because it was the same make and model as a car that stopped on the Verrrozano Bridge during the 911 attack . It used a gas powered grinder and cut a small support cable then fled. So I would cross this bridge 2 times a month and be stopped and checked by the cops at the toll booths. Wait around 4-5 minutes before they would let me leave. I decided the car was not safe as sooner or later a moron would decide maybe I was the same car shame as I like the car and had put in nicer then stock speakers
Buick ---------------------------------gold second new car
BUICK---------------------------------BLACK THIRD new car
CHEVY malibu------------------- silver new last american car
Kia forte -----------------------------black new first car purchased with btc
Kia sorento--------------------------silver new
Kia sorento--------------------------silver new wrecked it in 2021 got paid more for it then what I paid for it due to covid
Hyundai-------------------------------black new first with leather interior.
Hyundai------------------------------- dark deep blue navy blue leather interior new first hybrid this is what i have now.
All of these were four door sedans which I always preferred.
Honestly every one of the American cars old or new do not wear like the Korean cars.
Note cleaned up some typos.
My hybrid sonata that I have now was purchased prior to the 2024 election.
First hybrid.
Gets 50 MPG on local roads
Gets 45 MPG on highway at 70 miles an hour.
If I drive faster then 70 say 75-80 it gets 39-40 MPG
I am happy with it and will likely stick with hybrids as the USA does not want ev's to succeed.
