~snip~ 1. El Salvador Adds 8 BTC to Reserve, Total Exceeds 7,689URL: https://news.bitcoin.com/el-salvador-adds-8-btc-reserve-tops-7688-btcPublished: 2026-06-22 06:30 AM CTSummary: El Salvador bought eight more Bitcoin this week, pushing its national stash past 7,689 BTC. The total holding is worth roughly $490 million at current prices. President Bukele insists the country will not sell, treating the reserve as a long-term bet rather than a trading account. This steady accumulation continues despite pressure from the IMF to halt purchases under their $1.4 billion deal. The strategy relies on persistence, though the math remains modest against the backdrop of market volatility. I wonder what will happen to those coins when Bukele is no longer president - unless he plans to remain the most handsome dictator in the world forever (as he says)? Meanwhile, the country's debt is over $30 billion, of which Bukele has added $5+ billion during his reign. The poverty rate is over 30%, the mega prison where people live like animals still has a lot of room, so the police have to fulfill the daily quota of arrestees, which means that they catch teachers, students and random passers-by on the streets, and hold them for up to 2 years without charge or trial. I do not understand why you are against Bukele? He and his party have been God sent saviors for El Salvadore, it finally looks like a functioning country now. Many people do wish that he remains in power as long as possible. Have you tried talking to someone or meeting someone from El Salvadore before making this opinion? The people there widely agree that the collateral damage is justified and comes nothing in comparison to the damage of the rampant crime that was before. Now you can walk around without fear.

I suggest there will be more WOers who want to leave their motherland in the future...
does Mars have capital gains taxes? Yes, but only if your bags moon. rats. low g environments increase lifespan so i guess ill have to settle for zero g/low g slums like low earth orbit/lunar. or worse, the asteroids...... i mean man, talk about fly over territory.. will they have Ramen? *asking for a friendramen is a universal food so yes Human beings cannot surive without Vitamine R (Ramen). I know this is a fact of human biology (it's not).

Hmm..it seems more complicated than this: 1. Brief high gravity seems to increase longevity ( https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2477671/). 2. Constant high gravity decreases longevity (ibid.). 3. Low gravity (aka weightlessness) causes aging ( https://www.nmn.com/news/how-does-space-travel-affect-natural-aging) The conclusion would be, perhaps, that going from constant high gravity to constant lower gravity could be life-extending if this "logic" is followed. No one compared, though, as people did not live on Mars and/or the Moon yet. AI "thinks" that living on Mars would result in less longevity.

Apart from primates, guinea pigs and fruit bats are also the ones who cannot do it, lol. Dogs, cats, elephants, you name it...make their own vitC. We got "hooked" on citrus in the jungle (and lost the gene for making it)...long time ago

There might be variations, lol Google with this prompt: "cannabinoid receptor variants and THC tolerance" In short re tolerance: CNR1, FAAH and MGLL seems to be affected the most.

Phil - Your SPCX is down 8% today, shaving off some IPO gains but the stock should recover nicely for post IPO investors like you.
Make that down 16.4% with SPCX closing at $154.60.
