People who follow the news are doomed to fail!! I’ve stopped reading anything related to cryptocurrency altogether;
How does "cryptocurrency" relate to what we are talking about in these here parts?
for me, the chart is enough to understand what to expect!! The history of the chart shows us what’s coming next!! You might think I’m crazy! But do you have the kind of results I’ve had? I suppose you were all at the top of the rankings too, right!! That’s why I can state my opinion with confidence: over the course of an entire cycle, you can go short—even in a bull market—three or four times on a macro scale... and by trading both longs and shorts, you can generate more profit than you ever could with spot trading!!!
Sorry, I’m communicating via a translator, so some parts might not sound quite right.
Too bad that you don't know the word bitcoin, which might help you in your thinking if you were to realize that bitcoin is an investment and not a trade.
You also likely are failing/refusing to recognize bitcoin's value, and you get it mixed up with shitcoins because you believe that you can do better trading than investing.
Even by your forum registration you are not new to bitcoin, and I have a hard time imagining that you might have had done better in bitcoin by fucking around with trading it or even worse fucking around with shitcoins. Of course, it is possible that you got lucky, but trading (gambling) with bitcoin and/or fucking around with shitcoins is not likely to be a solid path forward to improve your finances.
Think about it. If you had invested in the last 8-ish years you would have likely done way better than your fucking around with trading bitcoin and/or shitcoins.
In another thread, I had already presented bitcoin investment ideas to you in order to show how a bitcoin investment thesis would have had worked out for you over the past 8 years if you had invested by putting some front load money into it and then thereafter following an ongoing buying approach, and
your response to me was largely pleading ignorance, even though now you are continuing to pump ideas of trading bitcoin and/or fucking around with shitcoins, even though you admit that you don't know nuttin.

A funny (and perhaps sad?) thing is that you can recognize that you are gambling with your finances on an ongoing basis, yet you still are ongoingly engaging in such trading/gambling practices, hoping that "there is a chance" and that someday (maybe Sunday?) you will strike it rich.
Part of the problem with compulsive gamblers is that even if they might happen to strike it big from time to time, because they already have a gambling/trading approach (rather than an investment mindset), they cannot help but to piss away any profits that they might have made in their various "making it big" incidents.. so yeah, they might even shave off some of their profits from their making it big incidents, so they ongoingly consider that they are profiting from their trades.
I was hoping for a bigger dump after the hack scare, so that I could buy more Bitcoin. But oh well. 76K is good too. DCA time it is.
In other words, my steak is too juicy and my lobster is too buttery.

In bitcoin there surely are arguments for mechanical application of buying the dip rather than trying to guess bitcoin price specifics, which tends to result in ongoing buying of bitcoin during such times, even though we might also have limitations in our budget for ongoing buying and we might even have enough bitcoin or close to enough bitcoin.
And as you seem to also be implying, many of the longer term bitcoiner's tend to already have some luxury in spending their bitcoin while simultaneously buying, which might seem like a bit of a spinning of the wheels dynamics (maybe buying out of one hand and selling with the other?), yet the longer term bitcoiners tend to not be necessarily desperate to buy more bitcoin, even though it might make some sense to buy during what seems to be dipping periods.... even though it could be sort of a "so what if I do? and so what if I don't?" situation.
I am trying to formulate a conjecture below:
Bitcoin was at 63226 on Nov 2, 20221 2021
Bitcoin is at 76,772 right now on Nov 2, 2026.
Roughly 21% up in 5 years, which is about 4% a year.
I know, i know..cycles.
Oh gawd..

you are annoying when you go down this path.
However, 5 year time period is still informative for my "conjecture":
I propose, specifically, that bitcoin's relatively low performance in the last 5 years was due to M Saylor's activities with MSTR and STRC.
Low performance? Holy fucking shit Biodom.
Bitcoin's 200-WMA has gone from
$16,838 in November 2021 to $67,500 today.
Yeah, I know that we don't buy at the 200-WMA, yet the 200-WMA largely represents some semblance of the trade-weighted average of the bitcoin price at the time that it is measured, so accounting for the 200-WMA shows your selective focus on fluctuating bitcoin spot prices as greatly (if not completely?) delusional.
Essentially, by issuing a debt security that pays 10-12% yearly, he put an upper bound of bitcoin average yearly appreciation at the same 10-12%.
Why? Because there cannot be any economic perpetuum mobile where he would get more than 10-12% average appreciation in bitcoin and then would be able to issue more and more of STRC, forming an endless pyramid of sorts. No wonder that JPMorgan proposes 10% bitcoin appreciation (per year) going forward.
I am OK with 10% and I am also OK with MSaylor not being able to go "crazy" with his STRC.
Even though I continue to "feel you" as being annoying as fuck, from time to time, this is an interesting theory in regards to whether Saylor or any other dominant financial product, such as MSTR and/or STRC can end up causing a throttling effect on bitcoin's appreciation rate, especially to the degree that you are proposing 10% to 16% annualized.
I have the sense that you are too narrowed in on short-timelines, and continuing to fail/refuse to appreciate bitcoin's fundamental powers which also relates to errors that you had been making historically in your various negative Nancy proclamations.. that I would say had not really panned out, so for example I get the sense that if we had followed your ideas in earlier times, we would have had been falling off our chairs to even go through supra $100k prices, so in that regard, I will admit that you seem to be coming out with more bullish numbers in recent times, yet it also seems to me that your more bullish proclamations had been forced upon you because of bitcoin prices and dynamics that ended up being quite a bit more bullish than your earlier dreams
(wet or not).
That said, if 10% is what we 'should' get, then, maybe next 5 years would be roughly 16% a year to get to the 10% per year across 10 years.
16% a year from Nov 2, 2026 would result in about $161.2 (164K if 10% per year since Nov 2, 2021) by Nov 2, 2031.
I can live with that.
Sure. Those still end up being acceptable numbers, and I don't really have any problems preparing for various alternative scenarios, since it seems that the best that many of us can do anyhow is leverage (and hedge) our own finances in ways that we hope to end up being directionally correct, whether referring to bitcoin and dollars (fiat) only and/or other non-bitcoin allocations that we might also choose to make that might be considered as protecting and/or supplementing our bitcoin investment.
