based on the filed in 2013 its 1mil shares worth 0.2 btc each with price point at $100/btc and propose IPO share price of 20$/share

Based on this alone, thats 200k BTC valuation irrespective of $$. I dont really know a whole lot about this but would Winkle's have to physical prove that they have in their possession 200k btc worth to file this with the SEC?

Wasn't there some alrge movement of btc in the last few months, would this account to proving ownership?

They don't have to move any coins to prove ownership, they only have to sign a message from an address holding the coins.

Nah, just ribbin' the true believers.  Enjoy seeing a spark of hope in their eyes only to be drowned out by their tears just moments later.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

Still stuck in the $310-$320 range, I see.

Patience is a virtue.

Bitcoin bull to the moon in 2015

Most likely some time in 2015.

I'm still patiently waiting for the train.

I am however packing my bags with as many coins as I can afford to add.

Jorge, for sanity's sake, if anyone wants to make a paper wallet he better clear the browser cache right after that. Also if he's paranoid enough (like me for instance) he'd use an ubuntu bootable cd and do it from there. Just saying a couple of options to let you know what a sane person would do if he wanted his paper wallet safe.

Happy new year. Grin

Alright, I think it's safe to say now that the bears won in 2014.
Re-match begins tomorrow. The bulls are ready for some payback!

Of course one can easily protect against that risk -- if one is aware of it.

Happy new year to you too.  Smiley

Yep... 2014... a good year for BTC bears.

2015 is another year, and only time will tell regarding results.

I would be quite surprised if we get another bear year in 2015, but I would NOT be so surprised if 2015 has mixed results that tend towards bullish results.

It would be nice, however, if 2015 could generate another bubble year - preferably in the first half of the year... yet us BTC enthusiasts should be prepared to wait out the totality of the year, if necessary and HODL, HODL, HODL.... and BUYDL, BUYDL, BUYDL.
