I believe that it's still possible to make some real capital on crypto currencies. Almost every day appear new coins that may have success in the future. But now the problem is which currency to chose among all this tans of crypto? I decided for myself to put on side some % of my bitcoins monthly to see what it will bring me in the future.

i'm with you, it's a jungle out there, but i don't invest in ico, i only choose coins with great promise and active dev, they often reveal to be a good coin, for instance pos coin are better than ico for me, they give you a small return for not a great investment, if you choose carefully some of them might be good to hold

It does not mean that if Big Companies accept Bitcoin it will replace the world's currency by it, may I remind you one of the rules in Financial Management is that Corporations most liquid asset is Cash which have a saying "Cash is King". Also I don't think that countries who banned Bitcoin will change their views on it making it impossible to make Bitcoin as a Global Currency. Government is the key player here to see a world wide acceptance for it.

That's the main point because the securities institution in every country were having the different perspective about the bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Look at the US security and currently already 3 years to get a decision by them. that's just wasting a lot of the time.

Exactly, if you are referring to bitcoin there is a bright future for that, and holding it is a good idea, because if we are going back to it is now more than double and triple so for sure in the future it is more and have a big value. Just need to have the belief in bitcoins.

I guess to hold on to other crypto is a big risk especially if the altcoin is not that popular, if so better have a study on the coin before holding them for long.

Its already happened you are late to the party. Look at the early bitcoin adopters who are beyond rich now and fat altcoin whales.
Vitalik Buterin said  than he owns roughly 0.6% of all ETH. And there are many unknown crypto millionaires.
But if you think that you will become rich in the future by owning 1 BTC - that is rather unlikely scenario.

The government has not plan to adopt with bitcoin because they are more popular than bitcoin and with their power, there main intention is just to control bitcoin to comply with the law they will enforce to be implemented. That's very clear and that's what is happening now.
