Let's say I put 1 btc, how is calculated my shares ?

The amount of MGO tokens you get is determined by:

(your_investment_in_USD) / (total_investment_raised_in_USD) * (70,000,000 tokens).

Your investment is converted into USD *at the time of the deposit*... not at the end of the ICO.

As more funds are raised, (total_investment_raised_in_USD) gets bigger, the amount of tokens you get will decrease. A decreasing amount of tokens does not mean you are "missing out" on anything. Rather, it means the value of each token increases.

I've finally decided to voice my congratulations to the team and to everyone who has invested. I really believe we have supported one of the hottest projects for 2018 and beyond and personally I'm in this one for the long run.

P.s @jack, I made all my investments in ether from my coinbase eth address. If I make another investment within the next 24-48hrs from myethwerwallet address... is it possible you or the team could arrange for all my mgo to be distributed to my myetherwallet address? I'm genuinely worried that should the mobilego tokens be sent to my coinbase address after the ico it will lead to major headaches and problems for me personally in getting them out; rather I thought it best to just directly send them all to myetherwallet address.

I appreciate your busy @jack and the team... any assistance will be greatly appreciated so much so... if you tell me to make the additional investment today from myetherwallet address in order to get all my mgo's sent there afterwards. I will literally invest the entire rest of my eth stack. Again thanks for all the hard work.

You have nothing to worry about regarding coinbase. We only send funds directly to waves depositors sending addresses. We 100% will not send your MGO to a coinbase account. You will see a button at the end of the crowdsale saying "receive mobilego" when you click this you can input your myetherwallet address and receive the tokens with ease.

Now, let say I invested 100 GMC => 216$  and the ICO has reached 25.000.000$ according to your formula I should get:

216 / 25.000.000*70.000.000 = ~0 There is something wrong with this formula.

It would work better like this 25.000.000/256=97656,25 ==>> 256$ is = to 1/97656.25th then 70.000.000/97656.25= 716.8 MGO Seems more realistic to me but I am speculating here.

Also, this doesnt take the bonuses in count so I should get x% more than the 716.8 MGO.

Ok, you're confused. 25,000,000/(divided by) 70,000,000 not multiplied by.So that equals about 35 cents per mobilego. 216$/.35 ~ 620 MGO. Discounts aren't calculated into that calculation, only on our portal. Also, discounts are proportional, meaning you get proportionally more than later investors.

Also the $ value of all coins is based on the $ value the time you send your coins based on blockchain timestamps. We use Brave New Coins API for this. If you send 100 GAME and GAME is worth 1.05$ we base your investment as 105 dollars using blockchain timestamps. The total amount raised is also based on the time each coin is received by us so investors get the fair amount they should receive.

Hello Ivan. Well once the crowdsale is over you will have full control over your MobileGo tokens: i.e. Withdraw it to whichever address you wish.

You are most welcome Mr Kuveke! as you are a man of choice words, as in when you answer questions they are answered... period. I am a man of few words, as this will be my last post (i shall quietly go back to observation).
However in my few words, i always like to keep mine... so as we speak I'm loading up my final investment-my entire eth balance. Take that as my thank you to you personally and the team... for all the hard work and sheer man hours 'unslept' in thus far!

I am not crazy blind faith jumping into MGO with my entire eth balance, i am not a fortune teller nor can I read the future... but i have done my due dilligence and i live life by my head heart and eyes. My head says the DD checks out... My heart says Jack and the team will deliver, to the point i will be thanking them for the outright purchase of my first home(no mortgage) and my eyes told me when they did the live Q&A that these men are honest men with uniquely different strengths, the science of body language and interpretation is just that... a science! and in my field of knowledge based in my HEAD they checked out. in my HEART which runs on processed info from my head and eyes... it says... MGO trades no less than $11 summer'21

The conditions for our escrow agreement are that we can successfully distribute all 70 million tokens. However, this does not apply to discount periods. In our terms and conditions (which our escrow partners agreed to as well), we are 100% allowed to change our discount periods if we so choose.
