You can now mount two PSUs to the mining tray:

I'd buy one, but buying these would make my mining rig ROI go through the roof. :/

These trays are targeted for individuals who might not be comfortable with installing their mining rig in a DIY case, or for those who prefer to use a high-quality manufactured (no modifications/additions are required for use), stackable, open-air case that can hold two PSUs and six widely-spaced suspended graphics cards, that could eventually be easily re-sold as a test bench.

Excellent work. I am quite impressed by the quality (judging by the pictures alone) of your work. I'm wondering though if you would be willing to design a custom case for the Bitfury ASIC mining rigs? See this thread for dimensions on each component: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=250249.msg2674063#msg2674063

New pic to show PSU placement and GPU spacing. Obviously, a lower CPU cooler would allow room for 6 GPUs to be mounted.

Bump for Spotswood. Just finished assembling the custom cases you made for me. They look great and really saved me a lot of time and effort. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future

The mining trays (actually, all of my trays built from 15mm square extrusions) now ship with plastic tabs to fasten the PSUs directly to the extrusion:

what is the point of the plastic end caps? is it to replace the screws as an alternative? For the large atx mining tray pictured on your website, does it come with the gpu support beams or does it have to be purchased separately?

The end caps are decorative, but I have them on all of the posts on my tray to prevent scratching my arms. The GPU support beam is included with the mining tray:
