Nice. BUT: only BTC as payment accepted ? Uncool. Again only those already sitting on coins can buy. And doesn't help prevent scam-accusations. Makes me sad. *cry*
Buy them in a exchange!!!! Not so good if you have a limited range/size of exchanges as we have in the UK. Probably adds a 10% loader to the cost base most of which goes to our favourite banks one way or another. Having a SEPA/bank transfer option would be good particularly if you are considering a large purchase.

I have the intention of buying one starter kit now and buy more hasing cards in the future. I've found the following problems: The VAT is not properly disccounted for my company. The checkout process say "You have entered an invalid VAT number (BXXXXXXXX) for your country." How do you check this field?. The "extra-charges" of bitpay payment method. This is anti-bitcoin motif. I need to pay 1240€, that bitpay converts to 24,3032 BTC at an exchange of 51,02 €/BTC, but because I have € and not BTC at this moment, actually I need aprox. 54 € for 1 BTC at "bitcoin.de" market, thats aprox 6% charge, and I'm assuming the risks that €/BTC will go down between the time I start the transaction at the exchange market and when I will finally receive the btcs. So, dear BitfuryStrikesBack people, why not accept SEPA transfers with all warranties for you and any inconvenience for us, the customers?. Regards.
Check your own VAT number here and use your own VAT number twice or pick another known number: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=enOf course it will be logged by the EU for any purpose which suits them. In NL we can also just call the tax department and check with them directly.

Check here and use your own VAT number twice: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=enHi, I've checked and the page says "Yes, valid VAT number" in green.

Why not SEPA transfer to bitstamp.net? UK banks will probably charge for this (as with other SEPA transfers), but only in the way that they would charge for other SEPA transfers I think.
I'm not a financial adviser, please check carefully before doing this!

Master board is 80x368 mm. Hashing board is 110x139 mm. It's connected using SPI (on the GPIO connector). I don't know about the software.

Has enough testing been done for thermal performance? I understand its to be passively cooled without heatsinks, but would it be stable with 35C ambient with no natural airflow? Id assume that the ~40W of heat would mostly dissipate over the 110x139 mm hashing board, which i think would get pretty warm.

We're still doing full temperature tests. However, for a single hashing card, the dissipation is actually 15-20W, not 40W.

Sorry to be PIA but just need to be sure. Those boards (IE 25GH starter kik) are fully operational after arrival or I need to soldier the chips, power regulators etc. Can I just plug and play them (after initial setup of course...)?

Bitfury used to say he doesn't like cgminer for this purposes. He prefers to write custom software. Hmm, that could be a problem for some of us. What about support? Relying on a custom piece of software that (many of us) will have no clue how to fix when it goes wrong is not a good thing. At least with cgminer or bfgminer there is some limited community support. Also if ckolivas and the cgminer team get their own starter kit they would be able to develop and optimize the software for the hardware. Would it not be better to focus purely on hardware and let someone (like ckolivas and other miner developers) else work on the software (essentially for a free dev board)?

+1 On a different note (not addressed do you specifically Foofighter): If anyone is thinking about making custom casing for these with proper cooling (120mm, 140mm, or above fans) I'd be interested in buying two or more. I'm also wondering if it would be ok to attach a small heatsink to each chip (with those thermal pads with glue on them - like VGA and north/southbridge coolers)? Would this help with cooling or is most of the heat dissipated through the PCB itself?

The chips are quite small, and dissipate most of their heat through the big ground/thermal pad on the bottom, and plenty of vias spread that heat effectively through the PCB. If you want to attach a heat sink, it's best done at the back side of the PCB, which has been left free of components in the main ASIC area. Six mounting holes in the PCB could be used for screws, or you could use an adhesive type.
